It was my first time trying professional teeth whitening in Brisbane city so I had a look at a few different options and Iโm glad I chose SmileFresh because WOW! My teeth are so white and exactly how I wanted them. Donโt bother going somewhere cheaper if you want good results, this place is well worth it!

I bought a session for my partner as a gift and it was unfortunately a waste of money. His teeth hardly whitened and the staff member applying it didnโt apply it evenly. I booked this place because of the overwhelming positive reviews, but it might only have such good reviews because staff ask customers to leave good reviews. I have called back 4-5 times and tried to speak to someone regarding this but every time I call they say that theyโll call me back and they donโt. Retrospectively, if I was looking to whiten my teeth I would buy an at home kit for for much cheaper or fork out the extra money for a professional clean at a dentist.

Response from the owner 8 months agoHi there, Thanks for your feedback though we would like to clarify that we did, in fact, attempt to contact your partner (whose details were used for the booking) several times to resolve this, only to later find out he was overseas. Regarding the application of the gel, our process is consistent across all treatments. Itโs unlikely someone would be able to accurately assess how evenly the gel is applied just by feel alone. In many cases, uneven results stem from pre-existing stains or discolouration, which vary from tooth to toothโeven if the product is applied evenly. When you made the booking, we did explain that for deeper stains caused by years of smoking or coffee consumption, our UltraFresh Treatment would deliver the most noticeable results. However, the booking was made for our shortest/ standard treatment, which naturally delivers results that are less significant then our top treatment. Asking clients for feedback is standard practice in any business. While we encourage reviews, we absolutely do not force anyone to leave a positive one. If someone genuinely had a bad experience, itโs unlikely they would leave anything but an honest review. Weโre still more than happy to help and would love the opportunity to show you that our treatmentsโespecially the UltraFreshโcan achieve far better results than any cheap at-home kit or basic dental clean (which donโt include any active whitening ingredients like all of our treatments). If you would like to respond to our email we are willing to help and come to a resolution you are happy with however we can.
