Dr John has been my family's dentist for the last 15 years and I'd never go anywhere else. He has a great rapport with patients (especially kids), explaining everything that needs to be done and patiently answering questions. Before seeing Dr John, I used to get a number of fillings each year. Thanks to his focus on preventative care and regular cleans, I've had far better outcomes. Over that time, I've noticed he's constantly updating how he does things, with a clear focus on patient outcomes. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at the clinic. Dr John Bacalakis was very kind, gentle and proficient and same goes for his assistant. He took time to explain our dental issues and the treatment plans. The clinic was very clean and modern.

It's really a great clinic. Well, let me explain to you why. I have poor oral hygiene because I didn't really enjoy brushing my teeth when I was young. However, I always thought my teeth were in good condition because when I was young, I didn't seem to have any cavities. Only during my childhood, the last baby tooth on the left side decayed. Later, it was replaced with permanent teeth, which seemed to be stronger. But sometimes I seemed to see a small black spot on the last tooth on the left side. But I thought my permanent teeth were strong enough, so I deceived myself and said there was no black spot, and even the doctor who came to conduct the school physical examination didn't say it was decayed. Later, my mother took me to have orthodontic treatment, but I still didn't brush my teeth properly. What happened as a result? The front part of my teeth, especially the lower part, suffered severe demineralization. The orthodontist said it was a punishment for not brushing my teeth properly. My classmates also said it was too terrifying, causing my sense of inferiority When I went to university, for a period of time, I started drinking cola crazily, and then I suddenly noticed that the black hole on the last teeth became very large. I realized that my teeth were completely decayed. I became panicked because the doctor said root canal treatment was needed, and I couldn't accept it. So I changed to another doctor, who said I was young and decided to help me preserve it. But the doctor found other cavities and filled them, and then asked me to brush my teeth properly. But I was still lazy. As more cavities appeared one by one, the dentist got angry and said I must use dental floss. My lower left number 5 tooth, at first, I only noticed a very small defect above it. I thought it was knocked off by eating, so I didn't tell the doctor. But one year later, the defect on the 5th tooth suddenly became larger. I was in a panic and went to the dentist to fill it. The doctor said it was decayed quite deeply. Later, the 5th tooth was always difficult to eat with, and the 5th and 6th teeth were uncomfortable, often getting stuck with things. I would bleed when using dental floss. I felt that the gums between the 5th and 6th teeth were atrophied, and ten years later, when I chewed a bone, I felt that I bit into a bone between the 5th and 6th teeth. I found a floss to clean it, and the filling material on the 5th tooth flew out. There was no way, so I found a dentist to redo the filling, but after the filling, I felt even more uncomfortable because it was more difficult to use dental floss and I always bit the left cheek muscle. Unfortunately, later I found another huge cavity. I really couldn't stand it. I wanted to find a professional enough dentist, so I found River City Dental. They suggested that many fillings needed redoing because secondary caries had occurred, and they hoped I would have a teeth cleaning. This was very hard for me to accept because I had never had my teeth cleaned from birth until now at the age of 35. They found many cavities in my teeth, and they are right. I had been deceiving myself, thinking that I didn't have so many cavities and that as long as I didn't go to see a dentist, there would be no cavities. I have visited this dental clinic four times. They have helped me with the restoration again. I feel much better now. The dental floss is easier to insert and I don't accidentally bite my cheek so easily anymore. Now I am trying to use dental floss every day. Because I have seen many people in their fifties or sixties whose teeth have fallen out right in front of me. And I often hear someone taking a day off to have their teeth implant. They keep telling me to take good care of my teeth. I met Dr. John, Cindy and other team members who helped me fix them and thoroughly cleaned my mouth. This made me pay more attention to my teeth. All my teeth were ruined by a tiny black spot. This requires a careful and professional dental team to assist you.

John is an excellent dentist. He is extremely sincere and caring. We are so happy with the treatments we receive. We are really glad that we have found such a good dentist.
