The Smile Center is truly the best dental clinic ever. We've been patients here for several years and are always very satisfied. Never any problems. Everyone is very friendly and competent. I am very grateful to Dr. Benc Kiss and his assistants for the excellent care. The atmosphere is very nice and friendly. The doctor has excellent expertise! My whole family comes here. I can only recommend this dental clinic to everyone.

I don't have a good experience, I arrived at the agreed date, suddenly the procedure couldn't be done, they offered me a different version where the price was 3 times as much 😃 I don't recommend it, waste of time …

The reception staff were incredibly friendly, appointments are always kept, and my dental implants were placed expertly. My first two were placed in 2002, another in 2010, and the last two this year, all by the same surgeon (who is a true professional, almost like magic). Crucially, the cost estimates have always been accurate, and in my opinion, the price-performance ratio is excellent. The cleanliness of the offices is absolutely top-notch. The Smile Dental Clinic would rather take X-rays and 3D panoramic views, and bill and collect the money for them. Before you come to the clinic in person with panoramic X-rays and 3D panoramic images (which already cost €120) to get to know the clinic and receive a personal consultation based on the clearly visible dental problems. or wanting to visit the clinic first for a non-binding consultation. It's a shame, I would have liked to get to know the clinic to see for myself. Perhaps it was better this way, and I'll find a clinic that's genuinely interested in repairing my dental problems. Manfred

I've had all my major dental work done here. I'm very satisfied with the costs and the service, and contrary to popular belief, they don't use better materials in Austria. Once, a doctor even came out on a Saturday specifically for a problem, and I was treated. If you're not in a hurry, you can easily reach the Smile Center in 15-20 minutes on foot or by taxi. Unfortunately, you don't receive proper advice before embarking on the long journey. It's all about the money, and the trip was for nothing. I was only informed on-site, as they apparently don't have the proper disinfectant to treat patients with inactive infections. I was honest and disclosed everything, unlike many others who probably didn't…
