Dr Alejandro Sánchez is a magnificent professional who knows his work wonderfully! He is effective and for the first time in my life the fear of sitting in a dentist chair, faded away . His open personality with a youthful character, made the experience for me a pleasure. Doctor Sánchez doesn't get complicated, he knows what he's doing and executes it. My applause 👏🏽
Dr. Sanchez is a dentist that seeks perfection for his clients. For us gringos, he speaks English perfectly and that is always comforting when dealing with sensitive issues regarding our teeth. He has a great wit and his prices are affordable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone considering dental work.
Excellent friendly dentist! We have been living here in PV and I knew I had some cavities from last years cleaning but didn’t do anything about it due to the crazy costs in the US despite having dental insurance and I wasn’t in any pain. My partner forgot his Invisalign trays back home and smile dentist was able to make us new trays plus fix my cavaties all in less then 2 hours. So happy I came…

We came from Houston, TX because my husband was recommended to Dentist Alejandro Sanchez. He fit us in last minute to do a consultation and he explained everything very well, gave my husband a few options. Next day my husband has his treatment and left with no pain. Alejandro is very experienced, professional and did a great job!! We left very pleased!!
The Doctor is very knowledgeable and efficient with his work. Very kind and caring. During my procedure, Dr Sanchez made it his priority to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommended to everyone who want and need the most extraordinary service by the most amazing Doctor in town.
I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and ended up hospitalized with subcutaneous emphysema. Something was wrong with the treatment; he was using a specific tool, and my eye became inflamed. Air started accumulating in my chest, causing difficulty breathing. The dentist knew what I was feeling because I told him. and offered me clonazepam to calm me down so he could use the same tool that was causing the emphysema. The feeling of tightness in my chest and the symptoms of blistering the skin on my neck made me stop. He asked about my medical history up to that point and told me it was all due to my hypothyroidism. He said he could give me a prescription for anti-inflammatories and that I should go home. Luckily, for the second time, I ignored his instructions and arrived at the hospital's emergency room with my face extremely swollen, from my eye to my neck. They also found air in my mediastinum (the space between the lungs). I was hospitalized and treated for subcutaneous emphysema. The insurance didn't cover the expenses because it wasn't an accident, but rather medical negligence. The point is: -She didn't use the correct tools. -She didn't stop when she saw the problem she was causing. -She didn't take responsibility. -She had no idea or medical basis for what she caused and still wanted to prescribe medication.

Wonderful dentist in PV. Great location, English spoken and easy to get to. I was able to email my questions and get an appointment and am so happy I did. Office is clean, comfortable and services are so much less than the states! I highly recommend for regular and cosmetic dentistry!

family that lives here and thats not possible. so he finally agreed to remove it and resize it but as he was removing it he broke off teeth. I was done . Now as a result of his incompoetence i'll loose the rest of my teeth, the remaining ones aren't fit to hold a bridge and witht he loss of one tooth there isn't enough to adequately support a bridge anymore. This has been a nightmare. Because of his incompetence i'm now having to do major reconstruction which will run me 10x the origional cost. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Dr Sanchez was so easy and kind to work with. He answered every email promptly, quoted his rates for services accurately, helped me with my insurance reimbursement paperwork, and made me feel so at ease during my appointments. I had a 4 unit bridge done this time and the work was excellent and the price was very affordable. I will be back for other services in the future!
Dr. Sanchez is an excellent dentist. He has done advanced training in the USA, speaks excellent English, and is a perfectionist about quality work and patient comfort. Dr. Alejandro is the best dentist I've ever had! He's very patient, professional, and friendly. He explains everything in detail, and his prices are very affordable. His office is always clean and very comfortable... he even has a TV on the ceiling so you can watch movies while he works on your teeth!
Amazing Dentist, explains what needs to be done and delivers on his promises. If your going to be traveling to Puerto Vallarta and you need some dental work done, he’s your Dentist.

I had a lot of reconstructive work done on my top teeth with crowns and bridging work. The work was done on time and to perfection. Dr Alec did a fantastic job, I could not be more pleased with the result. The cost was awesome and the savings were tremendous, and had a great holiday at the same time. Any future work I need will be done with Smile Vallarta! :)

I was on a cruise and one end of my lingual bar popped off the back of my front teeth. The doctor got me in immediately. His English is flawless and his prices are extremely reasonable. The taxi to and from the cruise port was more expensive that the visit.
