Sayra did the best cleaning ever. Does not compare to a typical American cleaning. Evelyn C. fixed my chipped tooth and did a fantastic job too. Will be back for all of my cleanings :)

th additional imaging, explained everything clearly, and walked me through the condition of my teeth and what needed to be done. During my visit I had a tooth extraction and was also prepped for a future implant. They placed bone graft material and a protective membrane to preserve the bone structure in my jaw so the implant will have proper support later. The entire procedure was completely painless and very comfortable—honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. Huge credit to the team: •Dr. Naxi Sanchez – extremely professional, Great energy and awesome vibes, very skilled. •Dr. Anna – thorough and attentive. •Sury (assistant) – very kind and supportive throughout the procedure. They constantly checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and explained every step so I knew exactly what was happening. The front desk staff and cashier were also amazing—very patient, friendly, and organized. The clinic even arranged pickup and drop-off at the border, which made the entire trip effortless. And I have to mention the atmosphere — Bad Bunny playing in the background while getting dental work done definitely made the experience a lot more relaxed. After the procedure they provided all the necessary medications and antibiotics, and the post-care instructions were very clear. Even after factoring in the trip to Tijuana (about 600 mile trip), I still saved money compared to what the same treatment would cost in the United States—even with dental insurance. So far, everything has gone smoothly and I’m very happy with the experience. I’ll update this review after my healing process and when I return for the implant, but based on my experience so far, I would absolutely recommend this clinic.

All on eleven implants. It cost a lot less than in the US, the border experience is good, the staff is professional and prompt. I'm satisfied with the outcome.

t technology. Everything was explained clearly, and there was absolutely no hard sell, which I really appreciated. The dentist himself was very caring, patient, and professional. The cost was about 20% of what it would have been in the U.S., which honestly felt too good to be true given the level of care. I decided to proceed immediately with oral surgery and dental implants. The dentist and his staff spent about four hours with me in the chair, constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain. I am a huge dental baby and very afraid of the dentist, yet I truly did not feel any pain at any point during the procedure. What really stood out was their follow-up care—they checked on me again two days after surgery, which shows how much they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend Smile Together and will absolutely be returning for additional dental work in the future. They are amazing.

service at the border after parking our car in San Ysidro and walking over to Tijuana (Also easy and seamless). While we were there, they made quick work of setting my wife up, and at the last minute they were able to do a cleaning on my teeth which was amazing. Our overall experience was beyond great and would not even want to go to a dentist in the US. I would be more than happy to return to Smile Together Tijuana for all my dentist needs.

If you are looking for cosmetic dentistry procedures, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere. I came in to have the two crowns next to my front teeth redone to get a better color match than the old crowns and I came out with worse color and shape than the ones I had replaced. very frustrating experience as well as painful. If you want a cavity taken care of, this is probably a great place, but definitely don't go here expecting to get great aesthetics. You will leave disappointed. Also, it's worth noting that some dentists in the office are more qualified than others.
Sayra did a fantastic job! She gave me a deep clean, it was the best! I'm very happy with the service and the friendly treatment. I'll definitely be back and I'll recommend her to everyone I know.

I don’t mind the drive from LA. They make it so worth it with their service that definitely exceeds my expectations. The process was smooth, Didnt have to wait long and it was painless after the anesthesia, and they were in good vibes playing great songs and an giving me free concert while doing my surgery which made the experience even better.
