I used my NHSO rights to have my teeth scaled. The doctor only really scaled the tartar, didn't sand it down. When I asked, the doctor just did a perfunctory job, only on the front teeth, nothing on the inside. I wasn't very impressed, but I guess it's just a case of individual cases.
