still haven't received my retainer. Furthermore, the scheduling and payment system is incredibly slow. Last time, I arrived on time but had to wait 40 minutes to see the doctor, only to see him for 15 minutes, and then wait another 40 minutes to pay the 100 baht consultation fee. Previously, I was quite satisfied with the clinic, but lately, things have changed drastically. They don't seem to consider their customers at all, only their own convenience. I'm extremely disappointed.
