I was at the clinic late this afternoon and I loved the service! From the receptionist, who demonstrated excellent professionalism, to Dr. Inês and her assistant when I went into the consulting room! Incompetence in reception and billing. They don't understand how health insurance works, nor how billing is done, and they still blame the customer for it. In the end, they even make a face because the customer complained and asks for their money back (overcharged). Zero attention and concern for the customer.

Great office and the dentist is phenomenal however several appointments have been cancelled without even a phone call to reschedule prior to the appointment. The incompetence is unacceptable.
