Even though the fluoride coating appointment came 10 minutes early, waited for more than an hour past the appointment time. Not on time, felt a bit disappointed, but understandable seeing many people come an hour early.
The service was good. The admin staff answered questions and provided advice via LINE in detail and quickly. The appointment/service process was easy, the wait time was short, and the staff were polite.
