Service and hygiene is fine. Unfortunately in my experience doctors priority is not to help the patient, but to make as much money as possible. I visited for a single tooth, paid the consultation fee and was told doctor has to redo all my mouth due to enamel loss on some of teeth and price will be made available only if I agree to their plan. They do emergency appointments but you need to call in. Unfortunately we weren't here long enough for a treatment. Friendly staff. Spoke english, czech and russian

Saturday Feb. 8, Me & my wife spent a long weekend in Prague. My wife suffered from a very strong toothache and we looked for an open dental clinic. Because it was Saturday everything was closed. We found that Bio-Dent was open and walked all the way from the old town to the clinic. They were very hostile to us, they did not agree even to open the door and sent us away. came across an ad about BioDent, and saw Galina's phone number, she lives in Ireland. I called her that same evening, she advised me to write to Victor. And on the same day I wrote, sent a photo of my tooth and Victor said that everything would be fine. I bought tickets and two days later I was in the Czech Republic. I really liked it, the clinic is very cozy, the staff is friendly. My problem was solved on the same day I contacted them, I think that in Ireland they would have simply pulled out this tooth and that's it. Here, of course, the doctor had to work hard with me, but everything turned out great, I am very happy!! It turned out that my dream of seeing the Czech Republic and getting my tooth done came true. I am very grateful to Galina that she advised me to have this clinic. I am very grateful to the director of this clinic, Viktor, who helped me!! And to the doctor who did my tooth, it is now like new!! I think I will come here again. I advise everyone who wants to get quality service to contact BioDent!!

My experience: 12 noon appointment. Fill out a questionnaire, then X-ray. 10-minute wait, then a consultation with the surgeon. them told me it could have serious consequences, or that they simply wouldn't last long. Biodent showed me the images and explained why implants weren't possible. He suggested I fix everything first and then come back. Therefore, I would recommend this clinic to anyone because they are interested in satisfied customers.

patience. I had no idea about many of the nuances of their work, and now I can't stop admiring myself; they literally make me look five years younger! I don't regret a single cent spent, nor the fact that I had to travel to another country for this! Honestly, I've always been a fan of dentists and knew what good work looks like. But what these guys do is a work of art!
I'm writing a letter of gratitude on behalf of my husband, who doesn't speak Russian. He was treated at this clinic. The doctor speaks German, and he really liked it! All the patients are from different countries.

I had an implant, one extraction and a few fillings done. Everything went absolutely fine. The staff was super friendly, appointments were always on time. The quality of work is perfect, also confirmed by my dental hygienists at home. I will be back in 6 months for the by-annual check. Very trustful and professional clinic! Went for an emergency, as the comments say... No one there, no one replies on the phone. Was there at 3:20pm, while it closes at 5pm. If you ever decide to go there, make sure they are there...

And there's nothing "modern" about it either – it's a sterile old apartment with, as already mentioned, a tiny, windowless waiting room… I therefore strongly advise against a visit! ADDITION ON February 23, 2019: I waited over 50 minutes for my appointment, not 15! Everything else is simply a lie. So be careful with such statements, otherwise they could lead to legal action! And work on your English—it's just as bad as your service...

We apologize for the fact that you had to wait but you arrived earlier than the appointed time, so the waiting period turned out to be much longer than you expected. As for the doctors, we have 2 dental surgeons who deal with dental implants, 1 prosthetist and one 1 dentist therapist with whom you had an appointment for dental hygiene. Dentists work in shifts, so you couldn’t see all the employees. As for the clinic, we actually have two small offices and a clinic located in the old centre of Prague in a historic house, but we have all the necessary modern equipment and qualified dentists to do the job efficiently. Unfortunately, you couldn’t evaluate this because you did only dental hygiene. Our main profile is implantation and dental prosthetics, and we have been receiving patients from all over the European Union for more than 10 years. Reviews in which you doubt belong really to our patients who are grateful for the quality work. They write first of all about the quality of our work and modern equipment that allows us to make crowns and bridges in 2-3 days. It is very convenient for those who need first of all implantation and prosthetics and can still save on hotel accommodation. Once again, we sincerely apologise for the fact that the dentist couldn't see you exactly at 12pm as we also value our patients who come for dental hygiene and general dental care. We hope that you will find a suitable clinic that meets your requirements, especially if communication in English is problematic for you, then it may be more comfortable to receive dental services at home and communicate with the dentist in your mother tongue.
