Smile Dept. is the first dental clinic I’ve ever returned to for regular visits. I’ve had multiple procedures here, including an implant crown, a challenging front-tooth cosmetic filling, cleaning and whitening, and a cracked tooth syndrome diagnosis with a clear treatment plan, plus a veneer consultation. r something to hold it down instead to reduce the pain. The moment the instrument was held down, I felt pain, so I automatically groaned. Then the dentist asked, "What do you want me to do?" I didn't intend for the dentist to stop or stop. It was just that the pain was just a sign of how much it hurt. I understand that everyone's pain tolerance is different. I didn't intend to interfere with the dentist's work. During the procedure, I started to feel uneasy. When the dentist told me to clench my teeth, I clench, and I didn't understand some of the words. I wasn't sure if I was doing the right thing or not. The dentist sounded harsh, and from his tone, it felt like I wasn't comfortable. At that point, I tried to think about whether I was in the wrong or if I didn't understand the dentist properly. I understand the dentist's work and don't expect all dentists to be polite or anything. I just don't understand if the doctor wasn't happy with me, or if he was in a bad mood today, or if I was just imagining things. ********** If I did anything wrong or inconvenienced the doctor, I apologize. ************** Before coming to get my dental treatment, I read a lot of reviews and chose to come here. I didn't come for free; I was prepared to pay the full amount. However, if I said anything or made the doctor unhappy, I apologize. **Update** The clinic called to clarify and apologize, stating that the owner had been informed and would be speaking with the doctor. Thank you very much. The clinic is clean, beautifully decorated, and inviting.
From someone living abroad where dental care is ridiculously expensive, and only returning to Thailand occasionally, choosing to have my dental work done here was definitely the right decision. The service was excellent, the dentist was incredibly gentle—so gentle I was surprised it was already finished! The clinic was spotless. I was truly impressed. There is parking, the place looks clean, there are many dental rooms, there is a dental x-ray room, it's like coming to one place, you can get everything you need.

Thanks everyone who wrote reviews here. I almost broke my front tooth (with the fork) which had a very old filling. I got so scared I called the clinic and in 1 hour they fixed everything. I am so happy and I will move to wooden sticks completely). Love you Smile dept.
I had an emergency appointment with them after chipping my tooth the previous night. I found them and they replied within 5 minutes and making an appointment for me the next day. The doctor did a great job and I am very happy with the results. I definitely recommend them!
