Avoid !!! The doctor in the 8th and 9th picture is an animal. He treats dental customers as some bean bag. He did a bad cleaning and almost chocked me while doing whitening by covering my tongue with a bandaid. I somehow ran away, half the process !!!!! Run , this is not a dental clinic, this is a cattle house !

Response from the owner Edited a year agoSorry to upset you but it is unavoidable to put dental dam to protect gum and gauze pads to absorb saliva during whitening procedures. This apply to any whitening systems whether here or your local dentists. I guess this is first time for your teeth whitening. If you don’t feel comfortable, you should tell our dental assistant who watching over you nearby instead of remove all dental appliances yourselves. Although we unpacked and applied our whitening gels on your teeth, we didn’t charge money for you. What you paid was only teeth cleaning and scaling which already done despite we waste one set of teeth whitening for your running away half process. It is natural we don’t collect money that patient don’t get satisfied results. This show how we work professionally and ethically for our patients. Hope you reconsider what is too bias on your comments.

Excellent Dentist. Highly recommended. I had 20 zirconia crowns plus 2 implants. I am very happy with the cost and quality of the work. During and after the procedures I felt no pain. e dismissed the possibility, stating that his gloves made it impossible for him to cause pain. This response ignored and denied my genuine feelings as a patient. To alleviate the discomfort and avoid conflict, I then made a very basic and common request—to wear a face shield. However, from that point on, the dentist's attitude noticeably changed. His procedures became significantly rougher, lacking the necessary gentleness and care, leaving me feeling helpless and completely passive, enduring additional discomfort and stress. I directly asked the dentist midway through the treatment if he was displeased by my request, which he denied. However, his behavior and attitude clearly contradicted this claim. As a patient, being confined to a lying position, unable to open my mouth, and unable to move freely, I experienced a distinct sense of oppression and an unequal power dynamic. This experience made me feel punished and dominated, rather than cared for. After the treatment, I attempted to communicate peacefully, expressing my belief that there might be a misunderstanding between us and hoping the other party wouldn't feel uncomfortable because of me. However, the doctor offered no explanation or clarification regarding the behavior that occurred during the treatment, instead explicitly stating that they did not wish to discuss the matter further. Although the other party displayed warmth and even friendliness after the conversation, the underlying issues remained unaddressed and unresolved. I must solemnly point out that this experience was not simply a communication breakdown, but rather an experience of having my feelings denied and subsequently being treated roughly in a clearly unequal power situation. This behavior constitutes situational bullying of the patient, violating the professional ethics and basic respect expected in medical services. I am giving this a negative review, hoping your clinic will address such issues and prevent similar situations from happening to other patients. P.S. I was surprised to find that several other patients who gave negative reviews also suffered from the same short male dentist's rude treatment. If I had seen the reviews earlier, I definitely wouldn't have gone to this clinic. Also, why can the clinic respond and improve while allowing the dentist to continue treating patients rudely? Clearly, this dentist doesn't realize his mistake and doesn't care about reviews. If he did, how could I have become the next victim? Like one patient's comment (the owner should fire this dentist), I agree. Putting aside humanity, from a purely profit-driven perspective, the owner should fire him.
