The clinic is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The doctor explained the dental condition and the procedure clearly before the procedure. Overall, my dental experience here was quite good.

It says it opens at 10, but the doctor isn't ready until 12. They've only been open for two hours, but they haven't accepted any patients. It's a true reflection of Indonesia's culture of procrastination. If you've already arrived, it's a disappointment and a waste of time.

Nevertheless, this remains an important evaluation for us so that we can communicate more clearly about our practice hours and service systems in the future, to avoid inconvenience to patients. The wire and rubber were replaced. As usual, the service was very friendly, and the place was comfortable and smelled good. Thank you, doctor and all the staff.

The place is super comfortable, friendly, and very kind. I had a consultation and scaling with Dr. Kalya Putri. The doctor was very nice, and her explanations were clear and easy to understand. Overall, it's really comfortable here! I definitely recommend this place for anyone in South Jakarta!

I've had teeth scaling and whitening here several times. The doctors are friendly and their skills are good. It doesn't hurt and I'm always satisfied with the service at Smile Concept.
