Not to forget the team in reception, Sandra, Betka and Monika providing great servcie and care at all times. Thank you greatly. And for last, the nurses, Jana and colleagues, they are all very polite, professional and caring whom I enjoy having them by my side while being treated. If you looking for excellant servcie, skills, great care and professionalism to repair and / or have any impants, Dr. Marek and his team are the one to see. The right choice was Smile Clinic and, above all, Dr. Marek Salka, to whom I owe my great gratitude! I want to highlight his high level of expertise, professionalism, precision, but especially his human and empathetic approach, which is extremely important in such demanding procedures. His entire team also deserves recognition - a group of very kind, helpful and skilled people who create a pleasant and professional atmosphere. Today, ten years after the procedure, I can say that my smile is still beautiful, radiant, functional and without problems. And what is most important... It is a radiant, satisfied and confident smile. Personally, my last visit to Smile Clinic Piešťany on January 9, 2026 was unfortunately disappointed primarily by the receptionist's attitude. I came for a check-up with dental bridges and dental hygiene. dental hygiene, the receptionist came to inform me and my friend that my check-up on the bridges, for which I also came from a distance, would not take place, because supposedly if something was wrong, the dental hygienist would notice it and that we could go. I would like to point out that she discussed it with me in the waiting room where there were other people, which I consider unprofessional, and for her to tell me a second time in less than 5 minutes that "we can go" I consider sad and unacceptable, since the esteemed lady works in a private clinic. I'm disappointed that I didn't get the checkup I came here for because I guess it wasn't even well-timed. I didn't hear a shred of empathy, so I'm really disappointed this time.

Your visit took place immediately after a longer operational break, during which we dealt with an increased number of acute cases requiring immediate medical intervention. The prosthetic bridge, which was made for you ten years ago, was in perfect condition with no signs of complications. The condition of the oral cavity was checked by a dental hygienist, who would have immediately notified the doctor in case of any problem. We are sorry if the communication on the given day did not seem empathetic enough, and we take your feedback seriously.
I have been a patient of the Team for over 10 years and have no hesitation in recommending them. First and foremost they are kind and caring people who look after patients’ every need. The quality of the work is first class. This is a top class dental practice.
I had an extensive procedure at this clinic, during which I had 12 implants and ceramic restorations. I am extremely satisfied with the result and have absolutely nothing to complain about.
