Dr. Ridchenko literally saved me. After breaking a dead tooth, when my dentist gave me an appointment at the earliest in a month and other clinics gave me an appointment in two months, he took me in that same day and within 2 weeks I have a new tooth and I can go on vacation in peace. High level of service. Especially the administrator Ms. Andriana is very pleasant, sincere, communication is at an excellent level. Doctor Nazar Rostyslavovich Novosilsky has “golden hands” - the work is done perfectly, without pain and with an excellent result. Everything is at a professional level.

I highly recommend Dr Marek Arpáš from Smile Centrum for his excellent dental care. He speaks fluent English and communicates clearly, making every step of the treatment easy to understand. He is professional, gentle, and provides a very comfortable and reassuring patient experience.

First visit with my son, who was terrified of the dentist because of a failed tooth extraction. The dentist here is super nice and kind, she pulled my son's tooth and he didn't even make a sound. Thank you!!

Excellent dental clinic. I am currently undergoing braces treatment there, I am completely satisfied with the doctor's approach and the service in general. I also regularly do dental hygiene in another branch of this hospital, there were no complaints either. The employees also communicate perfectly in English, if the client has a problem with communicating in Czech.

I am really disappointed and indignant with the course of orthodontic treatment here. The price of the straightening itself was reasonable for Prague, around 115-130 thousand CZK for braces, but the real problem started right after the braces were put in. After the braces were put in, I could not close my mouth, eating was extremely difficult and painful, completely different from my acquaintances…

s who wore braces. After only 2 weeks, the wire broke. When I pointed this out, they told me that the doctor was on vacation and I had to wait for him to return - which is completely illogical and irresponsible, because the mistake was clearly in the way the braces were put in. They arranged for another worker to fix it and demanded 2,100 CZK extra, even though it is clear that the breakage was caused by the original way of putting it in. Just 5 days later, the braces came loose again, which caused constant pain, especially since I am on vacation and could not solve the situation immediately. I couldn't eat anything all day today and had to suffer until I returned to the Czech Republic. This service is completely unacceptable: lack of responsibility, forcing the client to pay for mistakes they didn't make, and complete lack of interest in the patient's pain and discomfort. I warn anyone considering orthodontic treatment here - think twice. 😡

A modern dental center with an extremely pleasant waiting room with leather chairs, music and an atmosphere more reminiscent of a hotel lobby than a dentist's office. So far I have only been here for dental hygiene, but I can already say that the services are at a high level. Smile centeum is not only about your laughter, but also about the smiles of the staff, whom you will definitely meet here.
