This was my first time visiting the clinic for surgery and a tooth extraction, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel safe so my nerves would go away. She explained everything to me, and when the surgery was performed, I felt good. I highly recommend Dr. Georgina and her staff. From now on, my trips to the dentist will be at Smile Center.

Dr. Georgina was very good, the problem is that for "simple procedures" like fillings or whatever they're called, she referred me to another "dentist" who, halfway through a filling in a molar, decided it would be better to do an inlay, as if he hadn't had x-rays, without explaining anything to me beforehand or asking if I agreed; I decided not to go back. That other dentist was terrible.

Sometimes cavities that are usually seen as "simple," even with x-ray support, are no longer so simple and require a more complex procedure to best preserve the tooth. This usually happens immediately after the entire cavity has been removed! Other times, the problem becomes more serious, and a root canal is required, even in patients without pain. Dr. Gina is an excellent professional. I've always been terrified of dental pain, but she's the ONLY one I've ever felt comfortable and fearless with. She's an expert in her field. By far the best orthodontist I have been to in Merida. She is professional, up to date with the latest technology and a very skilled practitioner.
