I wish I could give more than 5 stars. They did extensive work on me and were so kind. I'm such a wimp too and they were great with that. Francisco picked me up at the border crossing every day and took me back. They did almost double the work for literally half what I was quoted in the US. Thank you Smile Center!
I’ve had a great experience at this clinic, got my braces and I’m also getting implants, everyone is so nice and the receptionist Johana is so helpful!!! Recommend this place everywhere

The front desk guy is HOT! Dr. Sigrid Lopez was great with my daughter. We came six months ago and they were amazing and did outstanding work on her. They scrapped infection, extracted teeth and prepared her for her implants in six months. We are here now to get her implants.

Highly recommend. My first visit was at 2:30 on a Tuesday with Dr. Inzunza. He performed a thorough exam including X-rays and pictures, then recommended a root canal procedure on a molar and 3 crowns. I asked if it could all be completed by the next afternoon. performed the root canal (3 separate nerves) painlessly. Then Dr. Inzunza ground down the teeth and put on temporary crowns. I was in the chair a total of 2.5 hours. He and his assistants were professional but also cordial and happy. I was given a 2:30 appointment for the next day. I arrived early and the receptionist greeted me with a smile and told me that my crowns were ready. Dr, Inzunza carefully installed them and I was done before 3 pm. I am almost 80 and have seen many dentists around the country, but I have never felt so comfortable and welcomed as I was at this office. It They never seemed in a hurry, which is not always the case with U.S. dentists. The office is squeaky clean and the equipment is the very latest technology. Will return!

, I was there a few hours but to have the steps completed which takes weeks in the states at double the cost, completed in half a day at Smile Center! I was so worried about language barriers because I don’t speak the beautiful Spanish language…..but, fluent English speaking staff are there to answer questions! Walk in and say hello! Staff will walk you thru process with insurance, estimates, scheduling your appointments, and choices or services. Everyone becomes familiar with your needs and model the team effort to get the job done. There is a lab onsite after I decided on my crowns, I saw my mold the same day. Dr. Brittany was patient and helpful in all ways and did all my work to help fix with the disaster of my Invisalign work I got in the states. Advice for locating the office, stay away from the center of town and closer to the wall. Park in the fenced-in dirt lot. Write your questions down and go! It’s legit!
this place was a 10/10. they truly deep cleaned my teeth better than the dentist i was going to in the US. they were quick, called me in fast and service was also great. my cleaning was at a super affordable price. i am definitely going again!

g hard behind the scenes. Johana and Francisco are always there to answer any questions and alleviate any concerns you might have. All of Dr. Pabel's assistants are highly attentive to both the dentists' and the patients' needs. A special thanks to Dr. Sigrid who oversees everything in the clinic and makes sure everyone is properly taken care of. They treat you like family and will take very good care of you. Whether it's for a cleaning, an implant, crown, etc - you'll leave there feeling very happy and satisfied with your new smile :)

Best Dentist office I have been to. I had dental surgery and implants quality staff through out . And staying at there Mansion was so convient and clean .
This is a great option for lower cost dental care. While there are pros and cons, it’s a very popular option. I went for an implant. The pros – obviously the price.. it’s about 1/3 of what you pay in the US for an implant. The front desk is extremely helpful, fluent English. day, we were very comfortable, walking back ourselves, but at first, it was nice to have an escort. The cons – unless you’re fluent in Spanish, you don’t know what’s going on when the procedure is taking place. There’s definitely a different vibe from a traditional US dentist, they’re singing/having a good time while they’re working on you which is awesome. I had an infection and had to have blood drawn for the bone graft, the extraction was tough. That part was hard because I didn’t know what was happening due to the language barrier. Great a bunch of printed instructions for aftercare. The other downside is that if something is wrong and you need to go back, it’s a long haul if you’ve driven from Phoenix /CA. Parking was easy/great at the border, there’s a QUECHAN parking lot on the right. It’s $10 for the entire day. You need exact change if you’re paying cash, so pick the debit credit line if you don’t have exact change.

l Sarabia, who performed my surgery. His work was outstanding; I had no discomfort or swelling at all. In fact, I was able to go out to eat right after my appointment without any problem. I also truly appreciate that they discovered something that had been missed previously. At another clinic, I had a tooth extracted and was never told that part of the root had been left inside. Thanks to their exploratory X-rays, they noticed that the root was still there. I am very grateful to all the staff for their wonderful care, and especially to Dr. Eduardo Inzunza and Dr. Pabel Sarabia for their excellent attention during and after my surgery. They truly offer the best care and technology, it was the best experience. They also treated my 6-year-old son, who had never been to a dentist before. He had a tooth extraction and was very happy because he didn’t suffer at all. Thank you so much for all the care provided.

I felt very comfortable and After a year and a Half I got my braces removed and I also got 8 Emax veneers. I've never had any Issues and I've grown quite fond of the team. Every time I was there for an adjustment I saw people greeting them like if they were all friends. I got to chat with many people who came for extensive work and they were all very happy like me. America, we take statements like this very seriously, which is why it’s important to clarify the full context. Wisdom tooth extractions are surgical procedures. Swelling, bruising, pain, and inflammation (even when they feel intense) are medically recognized and expected biological responses after oral surgery. The biological healing process is determined by each individual’s body, and it is not something any dentist, oral surgeon, doctor, or healthcare provider can control. Every patient responds and heals differently and we can’t be held accountable for that. Before you left the office, your prescriptions were clearly explained in detail, including dosage and instructions. You were also provided with four reusable cold compress packs to help manage swelling during the critical first 48 hours, which is standard and appropriate care for this type of surgery. After the procedure, we remained in communication with your mother, answering questions and providing continued guidance. When we were informed of a possible medication reaction, we immediately replaced it at no cost and continued to follow up. At no point were you left without instructions, communication, or support. Post-surgical swelling and discomfort do not equate to negligence. These are known and documented risks associated with impacted wisdom tooth surgery. We stand by the surgical protocol followed, the instructions provided, and the support given throughout your recovery. We sincerely hope your healing continues smoothly and without further complications.
Please do not go to Smile Center in Algodones!!! My daughter in law got her wisdom teeth extracted, ended up in the emergency room within 24 hours of surgery. With a very serious case of ludwig angina, it’s a serious infection and very dangerous! She is still in the hospital. Complete negligence of the Dentist and staff!!! I am beyond upset!!! Please don’t risk your life!!!
