Thank you for your time at our clinic. At the clinic, we treat all patients with the best possible care and empathy, providing the correct treatments. However, unfortunately, sometimes we need to deliver news that the patient doesn't want to hear, which may seem unempathetic. But we are happy to have given you a correct diagnosis. Dr. João initially informed you that an X-ray was necessary to perform the procedure you wanted. You had it done, and in less than an hour you returned to Dr. João, who saw you even though you weren't scheduled at that moment. He diagnosed you and promptly referred you to a specialist. We are happy to know that Dr. João's diagnosis was correct and that Dr. Julia performed the procedure perfectly!
