I had a very good experience at the clinic, from the reception staff to the consultation with Dr. João, who was very attentive and answered all my questions regarding my treatment. It's an excellent clinic, very beautiful and well-organized.

Buyer beware!!!!! I’ve never had a bad dental experience in my life until now. I’ve been to dentists from nyc to Belize to Miami to Tel Aviv, and this was by far the worst and I mean beyond mind blowing experience. Pain and no anestshia with a porcelain onlay- can’t even make this up- to far over charging for an onlay- miami is only 25 dollars American more 🙄- and then burning my lips with a…

whitening procedure that left white bubbles on the inside of my mouth. My favorite is that they bill you first- before the procedure- then make you demand your money back for a botched procedure- and then try to short me 900 realis saying they fired her. What do I care? My lips are burnt, you took my money, and now you’re making me sit for an additional hour (over 4 hours) demanding I get refunded the service they could not do. So much time and pain. Maybe it’s because I’m a gringa? Avoid this place entirely. They are not honest.

Regarding the whitening, you did not allow it to be completed because you felt discomfort and tried to talk while touching your lip to the gel, even though you knew you couldn't, as instructed before the appointment. The appointment was interrupted, and since the whitening procedure was not completed, the full amount paid for the procedure was refunded to you. With no further harm caused to you, I will conclude here and hope you are well at this time.

It was wonderful because I'm a very afraid person when it comes to dentists. I have a terrible phobia, but when I arrived, the reception staff were wonderfully attentive.
