or less money. I don't have dental insurance in the USA and I needed a big amount of work completed. The beginning was great. The appointment was really fast, faster than any appointment in the USA, the staff was friendly, and accommodating. I was relieved after I left because I thought we were able to fix everything. Oh how I wish this was true. Unfortunately for me, the opposite happened. I am attaching the full email chain you can review for the full lore. And all pictures, which I labeled to match below summary. If you're thinking of coming here, please show my x-rays to any local dentist in your area so they can verify just how terrible the quality of work was so that you can hopefully reconsider. The email attachment describes this in more detail but in summary: July 2025, I arrived and paid for 3 crowns and 5 fillings over 1 weekend. Originally, they charged me for 6 but said later it was not needed; they said they would give me a "deep cleaning" to cover the cost of the filling. Around $1500 total. Soon after I began experiencing sensitivity to cold/hot/spicy foods on the left side of my mouth and general discomfort. In September 2025 i had to have an emergency root canal on one of the teeth that had one of the newly installed crowns. The crown was installed improperly and got reinfected so bad, spreading to the nerve, that a root canal was my only option. $2000 dollars. During this appointment, i also x-rayed the left side of my mouth and was informed that not only was this root canal needed (a) but also b) a crown was installed with bad margins and is already leaking so it's only a matter of time before i start experiencing discomfort and need to replace it + the way they installed it is they shaved parts off of my neighboring teeth to make it fin (jam it in basically) instead of properly fitting it onto my tooth. (Shaving down healthy teeth damages the enamel and may cause additional issues in the future.) and c) no deep cleaning was done, the images the dentist took show severe debris behind my teeth and in his words 'does not indicate a cleaning was done since you last came here for on in march' December 2025 Back again because I am experiencing continued discomfort in my mouth. This time, i x-rayed the right side of my mouth and what do you know? One of the fillings placed by Jesus in July has already shattered, and it's again, only a matter of time before I end up needing an emergency visit to fix it. $180.00 Refunds The place was adamant that they don't issue refunds. I was adamant that I don't feel comfortable or safe coming back because it's clear that all the work completed was subpar to say the least, and is already failing. It's only been 6 months and it's already looking terrible for me. I am going to spend the next few years basically undoing and replacing all the piss poor work Jesus installed into my teeth and praying that the teeth he shaved to jam his crowns in don't fail in the meantime. After a lengthy back-and-forth Jesus sent an apology and a refund for the crown I had to have the root canal on. The office refused to acknowledge anything else or send me a full refund. They kept stating I would have to come back to fix their mistakes. WHY WOULD I COME BACK. You could not pay me to come back. Additionally, it took about 5 weeks to even get the partial refund they sent; after following up twice. Edit: just went to post about my experience on their YouTube channel and couldn't because comments are already turned off. Go figure.

The best "no problem" dentist visit I've ever had. Simply Dental took x-rays, examined a gum issue and said.... "Your gum is healing well and you have no tooth or root issues". While our US dentist was concerned about a possible root issue, Simply Dental did not try to push a service. Honest. And efficient. THANK YOU. I will be back.

0 minutes I was called and they reviewed my choices. I knew everything that needed to be done from two other quotes done in the US. I also knew the manufacturer of materials used. Their plan was spot on, three implants, crowns, root canal and crown. Cost 8200. It's been about a year 1.5 yrs and I am very happy with the work that was done. It's a process so I had to return a few times.My last visit was to have my teeth cleaned again while my wife had her invisalign checked. The doctor came in and looked over his work, all is well All the doctors were very thorough and detailed on their work, Very impressed with the group and would highly recommend them. They are located in Algodones MX. It's a short walk from the border entrance. Felt very safe in the city.
