The clinic is clean, the doctor is lovely and gives excellent advice, and the staff are also very helpful.
Based on my experience at this dental clinic, the service is excellent. The staff are friendly, and all the dentists are highly skilled. The service fees are quite high, but the quality is superb. They even gave me Sensodyne toothpaste to try to reduce tooth sensitivity, which was great!
Client since 2009, had every type of treatments from basic cleaning to crowns. Always had perfect service, kind and efficient staff and doctors. Was checking the bad reviews, they sound fake, prices are very reasonable and I never had to wait much (assuming I always take an appointment in advance)
10 years ago I had extensive dental work done and was saved from having to have dentures. The work was done to a very high quality and I have not had to have any dental repairs done since then until recently eating a crunchy toffee which cracked the porcelain on a crown. o solution or alternative was offered. This left me not only in physical discomfort (due to unnecessary anesthesia), but also in emotional distress, as I felt deceived and dismissed. Such conduct is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where patients come in trust and vulnerability.
Loved my experience here. The clinic’s clean, the vibe is chill, and everyone’s super nice. They explained things clearly and made me feel really at ease. Honestly one of the best dental visits I’ve had. Will definitely be back!
The worst dental clinic i’ve ever gone to. The service seems nice at first, but after you paid, it’s the worst. A doctor was also very rude and always made me feel like she didn’t want me as a patient anymore (after full payment). Really don’t recommend anyone coming here.

I'm a customer, but communication between doctor and patient still needs a lot of improvement. Some doctors don't treat patients well, causing patients to misunderstand and be unable to act properly. I had made an appt with Siam Dental, but they wanted to pull my tooth. I went to Silom Dental for a 2nd opinion. She saved it, prepped it for a crown, and got me in down the street at Verizon Dental for a root canal - NO WAITING!!! FANTASTIC!!! I was absolutely thrilled...
Totally overpriced! Cleaning for 10500 THB and they want to charge the medical certificate!!!!
Website prices are not up to date. Invisialign starts from 180k baht! Double the price of any other clinic in the west or in Thailand.
I have been coming to Silom Dental Clinic for nearly 10 years. I have been consistently delighted with the quality of the dental practice at this clinic. I have no complaints.
