I had a problem of bruxism at night. The dentist did two x rays for me and explained everything very clearly. She proposed a night guard that fits very well. She also explained that I should stop using tooth picks because they were hurting my gum between teeths. She went beyond what normal dentists do. A lot of empathy and patient to teach me better. Really good experience - I messaged them on WhatsApp for an appointment on same day and Fatihah got back to me with details very quickly. The consultation, general check up, scaling and polishing by Dr Savena was quick, thorough and painless. I’d recommend this clinic to anyone who might need a check up and hygiene visit.

Went there for dental cleaning last week for the first time. Dr Savena had also explained to me in details for my treatment plan. She is very professional with her explanation. Surely will come back for my cleaning maintenance. Highly recommended 👍

I went to the emergency room and now, after a month, I have confirmed that their work is very excellent. Although it was a temporary filling, it is of excellent quality.

Overall experience @ SPDC was GREAT! Had lower left first molar tooth amalgam restoration fractured (lingual surface) while having a meal at KLCC on Saturday (13/4/24). Goggled nearby dental clinic & SPDC Ave. K appeared. Saw great reviews ! Frontline staffs, dental assistants & dentist were an awesome team. Came to this clinic past few days to clean my teeth after long time. Clean clinic I’ve been to so far. Love it whereby my teeth clean & worth the price. Friendly staffs, and dentist. Highly recommended dental clinic near KLCC.

This review is written from the perspective of someone who is used to dental care in the US, keep that in mind. I went to the Signature Primecare Dental Clinic in the Avenue K mall only for dental cleaning. I was offered a "scaling and polishing" treatment with a quote of RM200-RM300 based on the difficulty level. Got in the chair and the dentist (not a dental hygienist as in the US) took a…

drill with some kind of grinding wheel and did one pass over my teeth, supposedly to remove calculus. It was done in about 5 minutes; apparently it was very easy. No dental explorer (aka sickle probe) was used to check the presence of calculus. Then they spent 5 minutes doing polishing by sandblasting some powder. Done in less than 15 minutes and they charged me RM280 for this, the top end of the quote range: apparently it was difficult. I was very disappointed in the quality of the service (compared to how it's done in the US) and the price.

Had a wonderful experience here. From the onset, the office was very responsive and helpful. Booking my appointment for a general exam and cleaning was easy and hassle-free. Receptionist and support staff were very friendly and attentive. Dr. Bala was fantastic and my teeth have never felt so clean. We are traveling from Singapore to Kuala Lumper, and suddenly one of my son’s teeth begins to loose and he insisted to extract that tooth immediately. I found this clinic and successfully got the tooth pulled out of his mouth. Very good experience. This is my first time visiting Malaysia and thanks for everything the clinic provided.

Excellent service. The clinic is very clean. The receptionist is smiling and friendly. The doctor explains in great detail. The clinic is located in a shopping mall in the middle of the city. The price is a bit high, but it's acceptable with the good service. Thank you.
