especially want to thank Dr. Lee and the receptionist, Carmen, for their dedication and patience in explaining the orthodontic treatment with the digital model and intraoral photos integrated into the dental chair, as well as the teeth whitening treatment. The beautiful dentist, Ms. Li, explained the treatment process carefully and gently, from removing tea stains to a high-concentration light-based whitening treatment, and finally applying a protective agent to protect temporarily sensitive teeth. The final result was very satisfactory! Highly recommended!

When I came here to clean my teeth, I bought a Japanese soft-bristled toothbrush and whitening toothpaste. They are super useful! You can't buy a good soft-bristled toothbrush in Madrid. The doctor evaluated the teeth very carefully during the cleaning process and also taught me the precautions for daily teeth cleaning. He is very attentive and professional. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

I'm sharing my experience with you as a member of the Spanish Consumers' Union. Dr. Lee advised me to have a four-unit skeletal prosthesis made for my missing jaw, as I didn't want implants. She was very kind, and I accepted the quote attached in the review. I'd never worn a prosthesis before, and I was surprised when, after a few days, she delivered the finished prosthesis to me and I saw it…

wasn't what I'd thought. It had a front support that I hadn't expected or even imagined, and she suggested using a glue she'd never mentioned to me before. The prosthesis was so uncomfortable that even Dr. Lee's slightly thinner prosthesis didn't convince me to wear it. I didn't expect the resin support behind the incisors, nor did I feel comfortable after just a few days of use. If I had seen what the prosthesis would actually be like, I wouldn't have ordered it. To this day, it's in storage, and the nearly €600 has been wasted. For my part, I should have asked Dr. Lee to explain in more detail, and I take the blame for what happened. BUT I WARN FUTURE PATIENTS who may need a prosthesis for the first time to insist that Dr. Lee describe in detail, and even better with photographs, what that prosthesis will look like. She doesn't have models to show, and her Spanish isn't particularly fluent. Therefore, please insist and make sure you understand perfectly what you're going to find in a few days, especially given the substantial amount of money you'll have to shell out. It was terrible, thank goodness I left sooner. The implant is loose, they had to remove it at another clinic because it was faulty, and the expense was enormous. The support for my lower teeth, which was supposed to last a lifetime, broke after a short time. Over €2000 down the drain, and other things too, but out of politeness I won't mention them.
