The contact information provided for scheduling simply doesn't work, or doesn't respond. It's extremely important that we can schedule appointments before having to travel there to try and make a possible appointment. Please provide better customer service channels. I can no longer get in touch with this clinic. Does anyone know what happened? No one answers the phone. My son is having maintenance done there; the last appointment was in November, and no one can get in touch.

I scheduled an implant treatment, but for personal reasons, I cancelled it. I requested a refund. It's been almost 30 days, they asked me for a formal letter confirming the cancellation, but so far, they haven't even given me an explanation. I'm outraged.

I went to the clinic for purely cosmetic reasons, and unfortunately, in addition to still having aesthetic problems, I'm experiencing many functional issues. It's a shame, because I really liked the dentist and the clinic, but the result was terrible and I'll have to wear braces again.

Terrible experience. I went to a consultation with dentist Maria Luiza, which lasted less than 3 minutes. I went with the intention of getting a filling, I didn't quite understand the explanation she gave, but she said I needed a new root canal and that the clinic didn't do root canals (private or through the plan). Explanations given reluctantly, honestly, a terrible experience.

Cozy environment and close to home, the dentist is very good, your teeth come out sparkling clean, and no matter how high the filling is, she adjusts it until it's comfortable for you. I recommend her.
