I came here in a hurry because I felt like I was going to die from stomachache, vomiting, and chills since dawn, but there was a nurse who spoke Korean very well, so she was very kind and helped me easily with everything from taking medicine to getting an IV and taking care of all the necessary documents for insurance claim.

dly starting the next day. I asked around and came here to Sanur, and I’m so glad I found this place. Although we couldn't communicate verbally, they listened carefully to my condition as I explained it through the translation app, and I recovered quickly with antibiotic injections and dressings. All the medical staff were so kind, and they treated me well without any unnecessary overtreatment. Thank you! Oh, travel insurance is also fully accepted! It seems they are also doing house calls in Bali Valley these days.

s proceeded quickly after I arrived. As I had seen in reviews, there were no Korean staff members, but the doctor communicated with me directly using a translator, so there were absolutely no issues. The itching and burning sensation were so severe that I couldn't sleep all night, but they said my condition wasn't serious and prescribed painkillers, topical ointment, and allergy medication (antihistamines). They said I would be fine in 2-3 days if I took the medication and applied the ointment properly. They prescribed a 4-5 day supply of medication. After the consultation, the nurse filled out the necessary insurance claim documents; although I haven't submitted the claim yet, I don't think there will be any issues. With the consultation and prescription completed quickly, I returned to my hotel with a much lighter heart. It seems they travel to hotels for business trips and operate 24 hours a day. Although I haven't contacted them since, I think it would be possible to ask light questions via WhatsApp. Now that three days have passed, my condition has improved significantly, so I am not experiencing any discomfort. I paid about 60,000 won for the hospital bill. Considering that a sunburn massage costs around 40,000 to 50,000 won, I think the hospital is a better choice.
