I experienced the worst customer service in Manaus! I don't know how a clinic like that still has clients.

It's incredible how this clinic surprised me for the worse, I hated it and won't be back. Plus, the call center is incredibly slow and the service is terrible, both online and in person.

Terrible service, endless wait times at reception, way too expensive for an implant; I got it done at another clinic a thousand times better. I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends.

Terrible service!!! If I could, I wouldn't give zero stars. The price is too high for such low quality. There are clinics in Manaus that are far superior. I won't set foot in there again. And the girls who call from there are incredibly slow.

I hated it, I'll never go back to that clinic!!! First, I had to talk to their call center, which is HORRIBLE, so much stalling. Second, the service is very slow. I will never recommend this clinic.

Great space, they have power outlets on the benches to charge my cell phone which was a lifesaver, I really liked the service and the staff. They have coffee and tea for customers. I loved the place.
