I missed the outbound ticket twice, I called for an X-ray and they told me yes, I went and they told me the machine was faulty, terrible service

We do not have a diagnostic assistance center at our Florida location, and you visited us at our Laureles location, where we were completing mandatory staff training. During that time, we asked for a brief wait so we could assist you, but we understand you decided to return the next day. Unfortunately, at that time, we had a printer issue, which prevented us from immediately delivering the physical x-ray to you. However, we offered to send it digitally to your email, an option you regrettably declined. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and offered alternatives, but we understand they were not to your liking. We greatly value your comments, as they allow us to identify areas for improvement. We apologize again for the delay and hope to serve you in the future with the level of service you deserve. Thank you for your understanding.
I'm very happy with the results. Dr. Jhovanny is very careful with the procedures and doesn't cause any pain. I'll be back for a checkup in a few months.

I recommend you always seek a second opinion, as I was told I needed four fillings and also had bruxism, and then I went to another honest dentist who told me my teeth were in perfect condition. Just to make money, they'll diagnose you with anything you don't have.
