Overall score
Saladaeng Dental Clinic is a long-established independent clinic (20+ years) at a prime BTS location in Bangkok's Silom district, with a genuine multi-doctor team covering orthodontics and endodontics. The 4.93 average on 116 reviews triggers a medium manipulation deduction, though review content is varied and detailed with long-term patients and international visitors. Pricing transparency is partial: services are published but a discrepancy between listed and charged scaling fees was noted in reviews.

Excellent. The doctor is good, highly skilled, and experienced. Highly recommended.
This is a great clinic. The doctor is lovely and gives excellent advice. They'll tell you what isn't necessary yet. My child had one wisdom tooth extracted, and there was no swelling at all. They were able to eat the very next day! Amazing! Even better, the prices are excellent. I will definitely be back for more services.
They are specialists in each field. They provide very good treatment.
Overall, it's very good. The doctor took good care of me and explained things well. The shop is newly renovated and very clean. For me, it's a good pass. I recommend coming here.

I came in to consult with the orthodontist. The orthodontist was lovely and gave excellent advice. My son came in for a dental checkup and a dental scaling. The doctor was kind and had a very gentle hand. He didn't fuss at all.

The doctor was very kind and gave very good advice. There were many options to choose from. In the end, my daughter chose to wear Invisalign with Dr. No.
The dentists were gentle, patient, and answered all my questions very well. This included both the orthodontist and the dentist who performed the teeth cleaning.
Great place for dental care, staff very polite and the dentist is very kind. The quality is superb !
If you don't have a shop in mind, try this one. For me, it's very good.
You spoke very politely and your touch was gentle; it didn't hurt at all.

Very fast service and they were waiting for me. Very professional service and I plan to use them again very soon.
I had a filling done less than a month ago, and the filling has already fallen out. When I tried to go back for a fix, they said I had to wait for the same dentist. If I wanted it done now, it would cost extra. The filling fell out in less than a month. Other fillings I had done years ago haven't had any problems. They also said that if the pain returns, I might need root canal treatment for…

or another tooth, but the filling wasn't done properly; there was a leak. I got treatment elsewhere, and it was fixed without root canal. Here, when I went back, they only wanted root canal treatment, without asking any detailed questions. This is a terrible experience.
Reply from the clinic
The clinic apologizes for the incident and would like to clarify the following: 1. Filling dislodging after refilling can occur in several cases. Newly refilled fillings are more prone to dislodging than older fillings. - Large filling size means less remaining strong tooth structure, such as multiple cavities or large decay sites. - Biting on hard objects such as pebbles in food or bone. - Certain habits such as teeth grinding or clenching teeth. - Filling techniques such as high occlusal points on the filling, loose filling, or water contamination during filling, etc. Regardless of the reason for dislodging, the clinic will refill the filling free of charge, by any dentist. In the patient's case, fillings were done on May 18th for 4 sides, 2 teeth per side. One side dislodged, and a new filling was done (**free**) by a different dentist on June 3rd, 2017. 2. Tooth sensitivity after filling (different tooth from case 1). Initially, this may be due to the filling being too high. The clinic corrected the height on May 15th (**free**), and the patient also had 2 additional fillings done. Therefore, there is an additional cost for the filling. 3. Tooth sensitivity after new filling disappears after two weeks. In most cases, tooth sensitivity will subside after one or two weeks, during which time you should avoid the causes of sensitivity. Tooth sensitivity within the first two weeks is normal. (Reference: Colgate website: http://www.colgate.co.th/th/th/oc/oral-health/procedures/fillings/article/fillings-the-basics) Reference Notes: May 11: Endodontic specialist performed a filling and informed the patient that it was very deep and that they would monitor the pain for two weeks; if it didn't improve, root canal treatment might be necessary (informed based on symptoms). May 15: The patient experienced pain. The GP performed a corrective procedure (free of charge). The patient had two more fillings done, two sides of each tooth. May 18: The patient experienced pain in the first tooth that was filled on the 11th, as per the treatment process. I was informed to wait 2 weeks (tooth sensitivity from nerve and filling material can occur in some people, so we need to monitor the symptoms for two weeks). If it doesn't improve, then we'll look into root canal treatment. June 3rd: The tooth that was filled on May 15th fell out on one side (a different tooth from the one filled on the 11th, and it was painful). It was re-filled *(free)*.
