Very disappointing experience. I was promised one implant brand but a different one appears to have been placed. The lack of transparency and documentation is unacceptable. I also question whether my tooth needed to be removed at all. I do not recommend this clinic.

ly saw a dentist in Australia, they advised that the work completed was some of the worst they had seen. X-rays showed that decay had not been removed before fillings were placed, meaning fillings were simply put over active decay. I now require the majority of my fillings to be completely redone and further treatment to repair the damage, costing me thousands of dollars on top of what I already paid overseas. I trusted this clinic with my health. Instead, I am left in pain, emotionally distressed, and facing significant financial burden. I strongly urge anyone considering treatment here to seek multiple opinions and be extremely cautious.

Along with the perfectly executed veneer placement, they also provided a free professional cleaning, oral care treatment, and at the end of the procedure they even made new retainers for me at no extra cost 🥺🥺 The doctor carried out all the work with exceptional precision, care, and attention to detail. I would also like to highlight that throughout the entire process, the doctors were extremely attentive to every request and preference. For example, I decided to undergo this procedure shortly after having a rhinoplasty. Naturally, this required extra caution during the treatment to avoid any pressure or contact with my nose. The doctor carefully monitored this at all times and did everything possible to ensure my comfort. I am incredibly grateful to him and to his assistants, who supported and helped me throughout the entire procedure. In addition, I would like to note the clinic’s high level of customer orientation. Since I had only one day before my departure, the doctor and his assistants stayed after working hours to complete the procedure. 31.1.26 took my daughter here and unfortunately the dentist can’t remove her wisdom tooth due to swollen gum. She was given prescription. Very surprised as when we were about to pay, they said it’s free as it’s only a consultation. In Australia there is charge for any consultation. Bless this company and bless their people.
