Dr. Berly is a friendly and nice dentist. I usually get nervous when I go to dental but Berly is really different compare with other dentist. She didn't give me any nervous feeling and help me with care.

Dr.Lo is a very professional dentist as well as very friendly, I always love the atmosphere when I step in and how she briefly explains where we upto with the treatment or what she is doing. Absolutely recommending this clinic!

Berly displays both professionalism and genuine care in her work and for her patients - both children and adults alike! I live in the neighborhood and have heard about this clinic for many years. Yesterday morning I called them to make an appointment for a family member to have a clean and check up on Wednesday next week. The admin was polite and she took the details and made the appointment for us. A few minutes later, she called me back. She said something went wrong with their computer system so all the information I gave her for the appointment was missing. She asked me to repeat everything to make this appointment again. I was ok because I understand such things with the computers do happen sometimes. Later that morning, I found out I had a missed phone call from this dental clinic on my mobile. I thought maybe their computer went wrong again, so I called them back. A second person talked to me and said she did not know why they called me. She said she would ask the first admin to call me back later. I said I am at work and cannot be disturbed again and again. Just to make a dental check up appointment already took me three phone calls does not seem the best practice. I asked the second person to look at their system to see if our appointment for next Wednesday was still there. If it were, then please don't bother to call me back. We will attend the appointment next week. This second person said ok. Later yesterday afternoon, I found out another missed phone call from them, and I did feel very annoyed. I called them back anyway. Then I was told that their dentist decided not to take any appointment for next Wednesday, so they had to reschedule ours. THEN WHY DID YOU ACCEPT IT AT THE VERY BEGINNING? I believe I have every reason to be cross with them. I said please don't bother, just cancel the appointment and we will see someone else. You are not the only dentist in this area, and if you don't want to take it then we walk away. I said just cancel the appointment. I thought this was the end of the story, and I booked with another dental clinic for my family. However, I had another missed call from them again this morning. I was furious but curious too, so I called them back to see what the reason was this time. Then this person said they did not realise I did not want to be bothered any more by phone until they had called me again this morning! Fairly speaking, I don't know the dentist's at this clinic and I cannot comment on them. The one star rating was for their very bad customer service.

Fantastic Dental clinic, they looked after me and cannot fault them. Dr Debbie made sure I am in tip top shape for surgery later next month and have no complications due to anything dental. Best dentist I have seen, very reasonable prices and I will stay with her from now on. Highly recommended. Thanks Dr Debbie.

Best dentist I have been to, friendly, quick and professional explained everything in clear and simple way plus gave good advice on gum and tooth care. I had a tooth clean which is usually painfull and awful but she was lightning fast and efficient. I will recommend to everyone i know plus as a bonus for first time patients a free dental x ray!
