I was apprehensive when told by Doctor Mimi Kieu that my teeth were badly worn down to the pulp and by her suggestion that I would benefit from injection molding to build up each individual tooth, top and bottom with porcelain. She explained that failure to take action would inevitably result in numerous root canals at the very least. I am so thankful that I bit the bullet (pardon the pun), and decided to go ahead with the process. A 3D scan was taken of my teeth, some photos were taken, which led to accurate molds being created, after which there were two sessions of approximately five hours each, and a follow up visit for finishing touches and a polish. Doctor Mimi is a true professional, and was so meticulous and thorough; I cannot recommend her highly enough. The end result is truly remarkable - I now have a smile that George Clooney would be proud of. And best of all, it is a painless procedure! It is the best investment I have ever made and it has given me so much confidence. My friends and family have all been amazed at how good my new improved teeth look. I am one of those people who has avoided dentists for any years (is it called dentophobia?), but I am so grateful that I visited Fullarton Park Dental and fortunate to have been expertly cared for by Doctor Mimi. For anyone with worn down teeth, one or two or the whole lot, I thoroughly recommend this remarkable painless process.

Today I saw Lucas and his assistant, Angela. I was in shutdown, so I may have the name wrong, but I want to make sure I acknowledge them properly. I am autistic and have multiple disabilities, as well as CPTSD and GAD. I also carry trauma from dental abuse in the UK. My previous dentist treated me from age 11 and performed procedures without pain relief. The physical and psychological trauma from that experience has stayed with me for almost 20 years. I still have nightmares. I avoid dental care until something becomes a crisis because I cannot physically cope with the fear. Today at Fullerton Dental, I received treatment from Lucas and his team that I genuinely did not know was possible. I did not think people in a dental setting could make me feel safe, understood, or “normal” instead of ashamed or difficult. I do need some teeth removed, but for the first time in my life, I am not scared of the next step. Instead of falling into a breakdown or a dark spiral, I feel okay. I feel supported. I cannot properly explain what they did for me today, but they have begun helping me heal a trauma I expected to carry for life
