I had a terrible experience with this clinic. I came in with a problem with my gums after a tooth extraction at another clinic a month ago. The doctor didn't see anything wrong, just prescribed an antibiotic and sent me on my way. I didn't understand why he needed an antibiotic when everything seemed fine. Hello, after an X-ray and a full examination by the surgeon, and citing the symptoms you described, you were prescribed an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medication to take for 3-4 days and then return for a follow-up if there was no improvement. Did you want a procedure you didn't need?

I went in with pain in my upper fifth tooth, and the best thing he could come up with was to align four teeth in 10 minutes: two on the top and two on the bottom. During the second appointment, the doctor denied any wrongdoing and refused to admit he'd damaged my teeth. The interpreter, who seemed simply disgruntled, started yelling at me. I got up and left. If you want to save your teeth, DON'T GO THERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! By the way, hygiene there is also a problem. The doctor shoved a mirror into my mouth with hair on it. It's disgusting.

t, who was able to tell me that the tooth was completely broken and that there was an infection in the jawbone. This was due to a bad root canal treatment. The solution "Royal Dental Clinic" recommended was in no way possible to do! When I came back, he would not take a position on anything at all, and he would not even hear of me getting my money back! I have lost 24,000 HUF to this incompetent scammer! I can NEVER recommend them. If he responds to this review, I have documentation for everything I have written here!

Highly recommended! Doctor Soo young Shin is amazing! She is very professional and gentle! Me and my husband went few times and always service was great! Tariff is much more affordable than in some other clinics. All employees speak English, also you can ask for Russian speaking assistant.

me. 2 days later I came in for an Apicoectomy. Dr. Omid was super friendly and speaks perfect English and really put me at ease. 2 days afterward, I came in for a follow up appointment. The entire procedure cost 1/10 of the price as my dentist in the USA quoted. Everyone who works there is really kind and easy to talk to. I'm really glad with my choice.

Dr. Omid Arshami is gentle and very thorough, I can also attest to his excellent dentistry skills. Overall, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional dental work done in Budapest.

The RDC Budapest is located in a lively quarter near corvin plaza. I had my appointment at 2,00 pm on sunday november 2023 and was welcomed by Dr.Arshami without waiting. I was overcharged for 50k HUF for a filling that didnt require any cavity treatement or cleaning. When I asked for the explanation of what exactly did I pay for ,I got everytime a different answer and was called out for bargaining! I would never come back to this clinic and I do not recommend it ,no clarity no transparency!

Dear Sukaina, Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that your experience with us has not been great as you have been one of our previous clients. We have investigated your case, you have been provided with two fillings as requested by yourself. Our prices are clearly posted on our website and apparently you have been provided a discount on the treatment you received. So essentially, you have been charged 50,000 HUF for two fillings and not one filling. The price of a filling is determined by its number of surfaces. Factors like treatment time and number of anaesthesia (injections) do not affect the price. Hope this clarified the misunderstanding once again. Patient satisfaction is our number one goal, and we respect our patients and their time as well and that is why we try to patiently clarify the misunderstandings and always explain the treatments and prices before the start of treatment but dispite the effort, rarely some points might be miscomprehended. Thank you so much again for your feedback. They certainly help us in serving our clients more efficiently and professionally.
