Excellent service. The office is very modern and clean, with a very pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Jesus was very kind, efficient, and professional; he answered my questions and advised me on the most recommended procedure. Excellent clinic and highly professional staff.
Dr. Daniel saw me… he was very attentive and explained everything very well. The reception staff were very helpful, and everything was on time. Excellent service from everyone!
The reception staff were very friendly and always contacted me to remind me of my appointment or if I needed to reschedule. Dr. Daniel was always very attentive throughout my process and explained the procedure to me. All the staff are very professional. It's a clinic I would definitely recommend.
I'm truly surprised by the quality and the excellent service. The entire staff was so kind and compassionate. I've never experienced a dental clinic like this before. They made me feel so welcome, even with my phobia of all the equipment dentists use. I highly recommend them, 10 out of 10!

They also accepted my insurance, and the whole process has been very easy and uncomplicated. I definitely recommend their services; they are very professional and attentive.
The staff is wonderful! The atmosphere is excellent, and the doctors are simply amazing! Thank you to Dr. Fabian for his excellent work. Thank you also to Daniel for his service and charisma! 1000% recommended.
Upon entering the dental group, the staff greeted us with good customer service, and the doctors also provided good service.
My experience at this branch was terrible from the start. The first time I arrived for my appointment, they couldn't find my information, and they explained that it wasn't the first time the person in charge of scheduling appointments had made mistakes. , and when they reviewed them, they wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount, claiming I needed a very extensive procedure, which I found suspicious. During the evaluation, the staff behaved unprofessionally, laughing and chatting amongst themselves while attending to patients, which made me feel they weren't taking my case seriously. At the end, they wanted me to pay a very large amount upfront for the next treatment, without any prior notice. Fortunately, my bank didn't authorize the transaction, and I was only charged for that day's appointment. Days later, they started sending me messages and calls to confirm an appointment that was supposedly already scheduled, but then they informed me that they had made another mistake with the time and rescheduled me. On the day of the new appointment, I notified them in advance that I would be 10 minutes late due to unexpected traffic, but they replied that they wouldn't be able to see me if I was late and that, although I could reschedule, I would have to pay for the appointment again because the previous one had already been canceled and the money was lost. I find it very unfair that, after so many mistakes on the part of the staff, they showed no empathy or willingness to resolve the situation. They left my treatment unfinished, and now I have to find someone else who can continue the procedure they started, because they showed no intention whatsoever of caring about my health. Be very careful with this company, because if they leave your treatment unfinished, as happened to me, you could have complications and be the one who suffers the consequences. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic.
Very good service. From reception, Miss Isabel always makes you feel welcome. After just four visits, I've left with a very good taste in my mouth. Everyone is very attentive, all the treatments are effective, and I'm satisfied. Thank you very much.
I received excellent service. The receptionist, Isabel, is attentive, and her service is exceptional; she always treats me very well whenever I visit. Overall, the place is very clean and affordable. I've become a frequent customer because I'm always completely satisfied.

Excellent service from the staff, they explain everything in detail and clarify any doubts you may have. So far, I've had a very good experience overall. I just started my orthodontic treatment and so far everything has been excellent.
