For those who are still hesitant, I recommend saving up for Invisalign instead. Alternatively, you could consider Clear Correct, Spark, or other Thai brands that offer better value. *This is a review based on my honest experience, as I spent a considerable amount of money on braces here (though the doctor did provide free teeth whitening about twice).* 1. They don't do 3D scanning before treatment…

nt (I'm not sure if they do now). This means you don't get a rough idea of what your teeth will look like after treatment. 2. They don't include a retainer or refinement (although if your progress isn't as planned, the doctor might add some aligners, but not much and not as precise as desired). After that, the clinic focuses on selling retainers, advertised as "Active Retainers" that can slightly move teeth, for 7,990 THB (or possibly 5,990 THB depending on the case). In reality, retainers are supposed to lock teeth in place, not move them. Because it will inevitably reduce the tightness of the retainer to some extent. The dentist shouldn't push it to the point where a retainer is made if the teeth aren't perfectly aligned and ready to be locked in place. That's when a retainer should be made. 3. There are no attachment buttons, which limits tooth movement to only a few directions. This can cause problems with the aligner not adhering properly to the teeth because there are no buttons to help with attachment and tooth movement. This results in frequent looseness when the retainer is worn. 4. The claim that each course includes 8 or 12 sets of aligners is incorrect. In reality, you have to divide by 2 because each course that states 8 or 12 sets includes both smooth (soft) and regular (hard) aligners, two per set (per month). However, both are the same block, meaning there is no difference in tooth movement. It's a one-position movement using two sets of appliances, even though if they say 8 sets, it should move my teeth 8 times in a different way. But with these 8 appliances (4 soft, 4 hard), they only moved 4 times. The efficiency is incomparable to other brands that move teeth on every appliance. (The clinic does offer claims for lost or broken appliances, probably twice, but if there are more problems, the clinic should take responsibility.) 4. Throughout the 6-month course, I had frequent problems with fitting the appliances, almost every month. Even though I had just had my teeth molded to produce the appliances, once I received them, they didn't fit snugly and kept falling off. This happened several times, requiring me to have my teeth molded again to produce a new set. Even the last set didn't fit snugly, but I didn't want to do it again and didn't want to report the problems to the clinic anymore because this problem happened too often. I'm really tired of it, so I thought I'd just endure it until the end and then consult another clinic. 5. The clinic is specifically for orthodontics and teeth whitening. They don't have an X-ray machine and don't offer fillings or oral cleaning services (they may have partners that allow you to do these things). (But it can't be done here immediately; additional travel is required.) 6. The doctor is friendly and kind, but the tooth preparation to create space and move teeth wasn't as precise as it should have been. The grinding caused tooth deformation, resulting in teeth that don't fit properly, and ultimately, the patient is responsible for that. ***Summary Orthodontic treatment here can improve problematic teeth to some extent. In some cases, it can be perfectly and very effectively corrected, while in others, it may not be. It depends on the difficulty of each case. However, from my personal experience, I think that at this price, it's better to save up a little more and get Invisalign or Clear Correct (this brand seems to be cheaper too) because they have higher standards and can solve more dental problems. This is because they have attachments, which are crucial for the aligners to firmly adhere to the teeth and solve problems better than braces without attachments. They also include a retainer (which this place doesn't), refinement, and 3D tooth scanning to predict the results. If you have minor dental problems, have had braces before, and want a second or third round of treatment, you can consider this place with their cheapest course. If the case isn't too difficult, I don't think there should be any problems. But if it's a moderate to difficult case, meaning there are many problems or it's your first time getting braces and you want perfection in every detail, saving up for Invisalign or Clear Correct/Spark is definitely a better option.

There's no parking at the clinic. You have to park at the Tone building, and the clinic doesn't provide a parking stamp. We felt the clinic wasn't providing a good service to patients in this aspect. We came for teeth whitening, and we felt the equipment, like the glasses worn during the process, wasn't clean at all; they were covered in makeup residue from the previous client. As for the…

Don't expect too much for your gab to be filled completely.Communicate clearly with them what they gonna do if it doesn't align in time. You might need to keep reminding them the development of you teeth otherwise your concern will be ignored. When i was starting the course, there was no x-rays and no 3D scanning.I won't be able to see how my teeth gonna look like.I didn't feel any advance…

technology involved, only one set of aligners provided each month.I thought it gonna be alright as they are claiming that it is a specialized clinic. A bit of regret for my time and money.
