I really like the effectiveness of the treatment and the organization of the clinic. Everyone is attentive and clear about all the processes.
Excellent service. After switching clinics, I simply felt much more welcome. If I had known, I would have made the change sooner. I pay a little more than at the previous clinic, but I don't regret it.
Best dental clinic network! Excellent professionals, sensational service, I highly recommend it.

Terrible place, the staff don't know how to give correct information, they mislead people. The wait time is far too long, almost 2 hours. I wouldn't recommend anyone start treatment at this place.

Your dentist was attending to another patient and, due to necessity, it took longer than expected. I was informed that due to a change of city you needed to cancel your orthodontic treatment, and also that you wanted to keep the braces. However, as your dentist explained, the removal of the braces is necessary, as it is our responsibility. RedeOrto thanks you for your preference and remains available for any further clarification. Excellent clinic in every aspect, from the reception to the coordinator; to start any treatment, this is the best. I will certainly always recommend this clinic.

My experience was, and still is, very good. I was welcomed by excellent professionals.
The reception service was excellent, with Carmen being helpful, efficient, and cheerful. The dentist, Mariana, also provided precise and high-quality service and was very helpful in answering my questions. I highly recommend her.

however, her assistant also leaves something to be desired!! The amount charged by card is abusive. It's absurd to have to pay 10 reais more when paying by card, whether debit or credit! This is an amount that, if legal action is taken, they would have to refund. In short, if I weren't almost at the end of my treatment, I would have already looked for another clinic!!
