The service is good, but the review process is terrible. They barely even look at it properly; it seems like it's poorly done. Furthermore, they practically force you to leave a Google review, which is why the ratings are so high.

or example, there was no tartar removal (scaling), which is usually part of what a layperson considers a true cleaning. The way the service was advertised misleads the patient and is, at the very least, ethically questionable. Unfortunately, I wasted my time and left disappointed with the experience. If the intention was to attract new patients, it didn't work for me, as I wouldn't return to the clinic.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that the service offered as "preventive cleaning" refers to prophylaxis, which is a routine preventive procedure. Scaling (tartar removal), on the other hand, is considered a treatment, indicated according to clinical evaluation, and is not part of complimentary preventive actions. Nevertheless, we apologize if the communication was not clear enough and remain available for any further clarification.
I'm having impeccable results, my teeth are becoming perfect, I'm loving my treatment.
