I had a really bad toothache, but I was told to register online for BPJS (General) patients, but I could go straight to the appointment. And BPJS patients were told to come in two days in advance, but they were told to endure the pain for two days. I was about to pay for the general appointment, but I was told I couldn't. Even though I had 7 patients by 2:00, I still hadn't arrived. The sign…

outside said the dentist's practice hours were 9-9:00. The staff were just chatting and huddled together at the front desk, none of them were friendly.

It's been a month and a half since I last registered for a dentist appointment. It's like meeting a VVIP official. So, just change your healthcare facility and BPJS will pay attention to this.
Reply from the clinic

Thank you for your suggestion, we will fix it again for registration to the dental clinic.

Several times we asked for referrals from health facility 1, but it happened to be this clinic, the staff and doctors were unfriendly and not on point, so we moved to another health facility.

This clinic is very bad. The doctor speaks harshly, especially with small children, too pushy, I've never been at a pediatrician, even to the point of being forced to hold a child's hands and feet to wear a mask and the excuse that my child doesn't want to wear a mask doesn't want to serve, they think we are free BPJS. Even if I get medicine, it doesn't work, and if I don't know someone, they make…

it difficult to ask for a referral. My sister, a doctor in Jakarta, is friendly, especially with small children, she doesn't force them. So my child is traumatized to go to this clinic even though I have paid BPJS, not free BPJS.

Really they said that they open at 8 am? I'm waiting here at the front for 30 minutes, they literally open at 9:30 am 🤦🤦🤦🤦 …

Thank you for your service. We have general practitioners and dentists. Dental cleaning is not covered by BPJS. The cost was on promotion at the time, so it was 199,000.

The doctor is good at explaining the disease, especially if there are patients with chronic illnesses, making referrals much easier. 👍🏻 …

The doctor lacks attitude, is arrogant, and is not very friendly. Please teach him, he speaks in a harsh tone, but can be made gentler. We are the police. Remember you, doctor? Be a little friendlier to the patient. Thank you. The doctor is tall and black. I don't know his name.

Why should registration be limited until 7:30 PM if it's an emergency you have to come tomorrow... The work center is already far away and yet you're rejected. Is this actually a clinic or a cinema? It's really disappointing...

We appreciate Dr. Era's service, which follows procedures, starting with introducing himself, describing the condition, and explaining preventive measures. We also appreciate the receptionist's service. Several times we've been served by doctors who provided very poor service. For example: 1. When I had a stomach ulcer, there was NO information about what I could and couldn't consume. I ended up…

p Googling it because my stomach still felt sore even after taking medication. 2. When I had inflammation, there was also NO information about what I could and couldn't consume. I only learned this information when I was seen by Dr. Era. 3. When my wife also had inflammation, there was NO information about what she could and couldn't consume. There wasn't even a throat exam; they just put a flashlight on her. They immediately gave her medication without checking. This behavior is very inappropriate. Hopefully, management will evaluate this doctor. Input for the clinic: 1. The patient chairs in the general practitioner's consultation room need to be replaced or cleaned. They are far from sanitary standards. 2. The beds in the general practitioner's room also need to be cleaned periodically to ensure comfort. 3. Hopefully BPJS patients will also be given the same quality of medicine as general patients.

I am a patient of the health clinic at Raya Kuta Clinic and am very satisfied with the service at Raya Kuta Clinic, especially the ladies at the front desk who are polite, courteous, and friendly, as are the nurses. The first time I received treatment, I was given the best, most responsive, and fast service.

This clinic is extremely inhumane. Never seek treatment here. My wife has a rash and itching all over her body, and she wasn't given a sick note. The doctor is inhumane.

I'm really annoyed to admit that 24 hours of emergency time is too much, so I'm closed, don't I mean to open a clinic?
Miftahul Ulum submitted to SmileJet 1.0 out of 5
The service is very bad, they only ask about the symptoms and then give you medicine, if I had known that, I would have been better off buying medicine at the pharmacy.

Yesterday my wife was closed here, how come it's closed? Why is it closed like a shop? If someone is sick, how do you use the BPJS health facility here? Why is the MANAGEMENT like this? Why is it closed? It's a holiday, people aren't allowed to be sick.

I had my tartar removed here. The doctor was very unfriendly. I was the first to have my tartar removed and asked, "Is it normal for my gums to bleed after a tartar removal?" He replied, "Of course, if you don't want it to bleed, just poke it." A very unprofessional response.

Yesterday, December 2, 2019, I went to the Raya Kuta clinic because I had a fever for 2 days, my throat was sore to the point of difficulty swallowing, I was late eating, and my stomach acid was hurting. On Monday, I didn't go to work because my job is telemarketing, a job that uses voice full time, so if I forced myself, I was afraid of disturbing my neighbors because I was coughing. I decided to…

go to the clinic for treatment. At that time, I had to wait for about 1.5 hours (9:30 pm - 10:20 pm) almost an hour to wait for the doctor, if I'm not mistaken, many people were queuing because they were waiting for the doctor who was (pumping breast milk) they said. The nurse there was very unfriendly and boring. I was called by the nurse to check my blood pressure, and then to see the doctor. I told my complaint, and I was very disappointed because they only checked my body temperature, even the doctor didn't check my throat or stomach at all. I felt very disappointed! And I decided to move to another clinic because I felt the service was not good! Thank you.. I hope this can be input, because several times I checked there, the doctors were good and friendly, especially the dentist, but this is the first time I have found a doctor whose service is not good!

Bad staff service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been to this clinic quite frequently over the past month. First, my husband was sick, then my child was sick, then I was sick, and finally, my mother was sick, and I brought her to this clinic. From the first time I came for treatment, until the last one on July 27, 2019. The staff at the clinic were friendly, and so friendly, they probably forgot that this…

was a medical facility where they had to be mindful of their manners, speech, and behavior. They spoke as if they were talking at home, their voices were loud, and they were extremely disruptive to patients. The clinic's lack of cleanliness and hygiene was very apparent. The Primacy area, where they usually use the medicine counter, also serves as a place to eat, gossip, and wait for patients (I once saw a staff member leaving the Primacy area while chewing food.) I have a very serious complaint about the service at this first-line health facility in Kuta and request that it be improved.

Really really BAD. Expensive and super DIRTY!!! Dental equipment old and obsolet. After that I went to a real clinic and they charge me half of their price in a clean and modern venue. Never ever gonna go back!!

For a BPJS Health Facility 1 clinic, it's excellent. The waiting room is comfortable. The doctor's room, although small, is separate from the procedure room. The staff, including the doctors and nurses, are friendly. Parking is spacious and free. If you want information about BPJS, there's also information available.
