This is a wonderful clinic. They removed two wisdom teeth for me in 30 minutes for $200. Everything was painless. Everything was very comfortable, fast and easy. They are true professionals. I saw Dr. Wiyada Bausai and assistant Suwannee Somboon.

1.30-1.40pm on the 30th January, I replied why not. So I assume they already updated my appointment to 1.30pm - 1.40pm. On the 26th itself I received whatsapp message following up on my condition after taking the prescribe medication, I replied I am better now and my mouth and jaw muscle could open wider now. They acknowledge and replied should I need to make any appointment for extraction kindly let them know. I was like what? I replied I already made my appointment on the upcoming 30th January. They replied ok and thanks for letting them know about it. I am like don't the reception staff recorded every appointment and call logged to customer after confirming with customer? The beat part is on the 30th January itself, when I was about to get ready to prepare myself before heading out to the clinic since my appointment is at 1.30pm today. End up I received a call from them mentioning that there is someone "appears to" be my mum called the clinic and told them that I reschedule my today's appointment to the 31st January. I said no, no one called them, so i further check with them the number that were used to contact them on the appointment changes, they provided me and I straight away clarified that this number I do not even know or give to them during registration. They said due to this, I i need to go today, my appointment needed to reschedule to 3.30pm instead. I told them why do I have to reschedule my appointment when I do not approve or confirm any changes. So I felt this is totally unacceptable, unprofessional and the front desk team are not in sync at all. For my opinion, the dentist is good, price is ok however the clinic really need to look into their front desk staff professionalism and managing appointment schedule skills. Customer service abit haywire.
I had my first teeth cleaning here. The dentist and staff were lovely, polite, and provided excellent service. I arrived on time for my appointment and didn't have to wait long. I experienced almost no pain at all.

Terrible. They made customers wait for hours. Terrible time management. The staff service was awful. They left customers waiting without any explanation. Customers had to keep asking, and they had to wait again and again.
