Fantastic service. Dr Billy accommodated me and opened the clinic earlier so I can make the appointment. He’s gentle and caring, highly recommend.

Have visited Quest dental for almost 2 years now and the service is top notch. Both Drs & the assistants/front desks always greet us with the warmest smiles! I’ve been seeing Dr Calvin for scaling & have been having sensitive teeth due to some cavities but he managed to help me feel better and less pain. Thank you for taking care of me and my family quest dental ◡̈!

I just had an amazing experience at Quest Dental! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, putting me at ease right away. Dr. Calvin Tan, the dentist I saw, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which really helped with my dentophobia. In fact, he made the whole visit so comfortable that I'm feeling much more positive about future dental care!

Dr. Calvin is really nice and very gentle. I’m a person who deals with anxiety, so he handles it really well. The staff at the counter are also very friendly. He makes my teeth look even better. I will definitely come again, despite living in PJ.

From the moment i stepped into Quest Dental clinic, it has been a pleasant experience for me. Just went for an overall dental check up and was introduced to Dr. Calvin. he explained the issues and options to consider. Seeing his professionalism, i made a quick decision to get one of my wisdom tooth removed. It was removed quickly with zero pain and I walked out feeling happy! Subsequently, I received a follow up message from their staff the next day. Frankly, i had never received one from any other clinics previously. Truly friendly and professional. I was so impressed with their service, that i brought my 79 year old mother the following week to their clinic. Despite the language barrier and some nervousness my mother initially had, she felt at ease with Dr. Calvin who did 3 tooth filling for her. It is value for money considering the professionalism, quality and the state of art technology that they offer.

's complicity and cooperation. They witnessed the entire process, participated in it, yet did nothing to stop, explain, or protect the patient. The staff failed to fulfill their supervisory and protective duties, instead assisting, condoning, and justifying these inappropriate actions. There was no clear communication, no genuine informed consent, and no regard for the patient's pain and discomfort. Even when concerns were raised, the treatment continued without regard for the patient's feelings. This environment clearly demonstrates that patient safety and dignity are not a priority here. This is not an isolated incident or an isolated case, but a normalized and tolerated practice. The staff's silence and cooperation only exacerbate the situation. In a healthcare setting, this level of complicity is extremely dangerous. Most worryingly, this clinic continued to operate with a blatant disregard for basic medical ethics. No one took responsibility, there was no empathy, and no form of reflection or apology. I left shocked and traumatized, deeply regretting my trust in this place. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from this clinic. A place where doctors and staff collude in misconduct is not just bad, it's extremely unsafe.

My husband and I went to Quest Dental while on our trip to Malaysia from U.S. We were warmly greeted when we walked in the door. After a very brief wait, I was seen by Dr. Calvin. Great service and a very smooth experience. The front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful from start to finish. Dr. Calvin was excellent - professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The filling was done carefully and took around 30 minutes. Very happy with the result and would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.
