The dentist was so gentle with me and made me feel at ease. Explained many things about my teeth and made the whole experience a good one. Highly recommend this dentist.
Bad scheduling, Rafidah the receptionist, didn't bother to inform that the appointment was only allocate 30mins for consultation and treatment despite being told specific treatment to be done while booking .Beware.. they will rush it off!

Hello good day Ms Wong.Thank you for taking time out to voice out your opinions. Just to clear up any misunderstandings, each appt slot is allocated based on estimated time needed for adequate consultation and treatment, and can range from 30mins to 1hr based on the complexity of cases. Once an appointment has been made, we would expect treatment to start on time, so we would not 'rush' through the treatment. Treatment will include a thorough consultation and the target of the chief complain, after which if time permits, we proceed with other treatments, if any. In the event of late or no show at the time of appointment without prior notice, we would try to get through to you via phone to get a better understanding of your ETA, so we will be able to make informed decisions to ensure smooth running of operations and prevent the subsequent patients from waiting too long. However if our patients are unreachable, we will reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment to a future date. This being said, we do not double book the appointments in anticipation that there might be cancellations or late arrivals. In your case, your appointment had been set at 2.30pm. Unfortunately during the 20mins where we waited, our attempts to contact you were futile, so we were under the impression that you do not wish to proceed with the appointment, and hence we made the decision to call in the next patient. Our staff Rafidah is a senior dental nurse who has more than 10 years of experience, someone who understands the weight of her responsibilities and chose to show up at work even though she spent her night at the emergency department in hospital. We do understand your concern for her future well-being such that you might suggest for her to have a job change, but perhaps it is the passion and work ethics that makes a difference. Been coming here for a few years and the service is always excellent, Dr Tan and the rest of the team are friendly and empathetic, I always feel taken care of when I come here. Price is also reasonable and no issues so far, scaling and cleaning is thorough and painless. 10/10 recommend!

First time coming here for scaling. Dr. Tan has a gentle and calming tone which helps. She also quite thorough with her checking and gives good explanation. Overall would recommend.

First time here for teeth braces with Dr Tan. Dr Tan was gentle and professional, she explained my teeth condition and ways to care very well after teeth braces. Recommended!
