The root canal treatment I underwent was quite disappointing. I contacted the clinic, I was told the schedule was full. Meanwhile, my tooth pain returned. I was only advised to take paracetamol/Mefinal, with no clear further solution. As the discomfort worsened, I finally decided to go to another clinic, and the doctor there confirmed that the tooth had become infected again, requiring treatment from the beginning. To date, I have only been informed that there is a schedule for April 6th, which means a gap of about a month from the previous treatment. I hope there will be improvements in scheduling, especially for cases requiring follow-up care like this.
Qsmile Clinic has good service. The doctors and nurses are also friendly. Since my child had new teeth, if there were any damaged teeth, I would definitely go to the Q smile clinic.
