Good service, but if it's busy you have to wait in line for a long time.

The service at registration was terrible, rude, and condescending, chatting with friends while they were being served. Seeing these healthcare workers, they provided poor service.

The service is good, not as bad as what I read in the reviews, the dentist gave a good explanation and solution when getting treatment🙏🏻 …

The service at the registration area is so rude that it is not suitable to be placed at the front, it is more suitable to be placed in a public toilet.

You're so cynical towards patients, you also get paid by patients

The service was not friendly, I wanted to look for a referral letter but was told to go around here and there, the service was also very rude, different from the one in Jogja, basically I don't want to go to that place again

Very poor service. The staff are unfriendly. The community health center should be the health service closest to the community. But all the staff are arrogant.

I made this honest review post sincerely for a joint evaluation regarding the service of BULELENG I HEALTH CENTER. At the time of registration the staff was very rude where when I wanted to show my identity he felt too "wasting time", then while waiting before entering the health center, there was a staff who "called" the names of patients to continue inside (before entering the general poly)…

but he was wearing a mask, there was no loudspeaker, how could he hear? . . Never mind, I didn't bother, I entered the health center, I handed over the card to the general poly, well, we checked our blood pressure and also BB, was told to wait again, when the general poly staff called the patient's name (my name) he was wearing a mask, sitting in his chair casually, and instead other patients acted as a liaison for him. What's the story? Is there no loudspeaker? There are many affordable speakers with mics. When I entered, I met the doctor. He examined me and explained what medication I would receive. However, there was one the doctor hadn't mentioned yet. I said, "Cold medicine, Doc." And you know what the doctor's response was? His eyes rolled up like this 🙄. Oh my God... what does that mean? Well, it's okay, I stayed calm and left. Because I needed a sick note for permission to go to work, I asked the administration for a sick note. When I asked how much it cost, the staff replied, "You don't have to pay for a sick note, ma'am. You pay for a healthy note." Well... Okay. I went to the pharmacy to hand in the prescription. Because I have a child and he was playing on the swing. When my queue number was called, I had to walk to the pharmacy, which wasn't far. But the staff looked annoyed because I wasn't directly in front of them when my number was read. Then when the staff explained my medications, I ended with, "Thank you, ma'am." And you know what his response was? Silence and a sour face. Is patience that thin? Is that what service is like? This institution "serves the public." It's not about whether someone is BPJS or a public service provider. In fact, BPJS has PBI (Public Health Insurance) programs. Serving, serving... Aahhhh, I'm quite disappointed. But thank you so much. I'm even more determined NOT to follow in your footsteps. No matter how tired we are, no matter how desperate our mood, others have NO RIGHT to accept your wry expressions. Emotional regulation is NECESSARY. Especially in a public service institution like the Health Sector. Once again, EVALUATE. With all due respect, I express my gratitude. I hope Buleleng I Community Health Center will continue to improve in the future.

You work for a salary, right? You could be a little kinder to patients, but sick people get yelled at, ignored, and treated with disdain.

The service is very bad, there is no friendliness at all towards prospective patients.

The service is very unprofessional, there is no education for patients, they spend most of their time playing with their cell phones

The urine container for urine testing is not hygienic (repeatedly used by patients), then the ultrasound costs 40,000 directly to the doctor, even though I looked for information that it should be free if you use BPJS based on Health Ministerial Regulation No. 3 of 2023

The healthcare workers seem to have no empathy for the patients :) Honestly, I was really hurt by the treatment of the healthcare workers there, especially by the treatment of one of the midwives there. It's true that not all healthcare workers there treated patients badly, there were still some who were kind and empathetic to me, but there were some healthcare workers who got angry at their…

patients, as if they had no empathy at all. Even speaking in a high tone in front of other patients, made me feel embarrassed in front of other patients. Honestly, I was really hurt and disappointed, I don't think I'm the only one who experienced this, I hope those who behaved badly get their punishment for hurting the patients🙏

This Buleleng Community Health Center is not very good at serving the community.

Counter 2 was too rude and deaf. The doctor misdiagnosed me because she didn't hear my complaint clearly. She asked for my phone number, and I answered loudly several times, but she didn't listen, and she also got angry at me. It's completely unethical. She treats people she knows well, but she scolds and insults strangers. If it weren't for necessity, I wouldn't come here again, thank you.

I gave a bad review regarding the unstructured service, unprofessional staff eating in the examination room, is that professional??, I only came to change the bandage, I was charged general fees, no problem, but please make the price paid according to the service, this is really very bad, please improve the service for the community, my service in other areas is better than here 🤣🙏🏻 with the…

Are all the services at the community health centers in Buleleng this bad? If you don't want to serve the community, don't work instead of being grumpy and unclear. Is your smile that expensive? If the situation is urgent, can't you find a VAR here? Community Health Center A said the VAR is empty, don't know when it will be ready. How can you not find a VAR at other community health centers in the…
