We went to a pediatric dentist in Petržalka for the first time (we transferred from Ružinov). Overall, the examination and approach to children were great, the doctor knows how to deal with them :) . The only thing that surprised me (not nice) was that I paid €103 for my daughters' dental x-rays. much each costs, and that you could ask the clinic if the parent agrees. It was only announced that they would have x-rays taken. I thought that the insurance company would pay for it as part of prevention. I am a woman on parental leave and have three children. I would leave it for another year, when I am at work. It is a lot of money for a person who does not work. So I am sorry that it is automatically assumed that it is simply done and the parent pays, without asking.

We are sorry that the amount for the X-rays surprised you - unfortunately, the insurance company does not cover these procedures in full and the patient has to pay a part. Very good experience, especially in Petržalka, the doctor who takes care of my teeth is a high-level expert, perfect work, always painless treatments, amazing cooperation between the doctor and the nurse, at the reception a very nice, helpful lady with a good mood :) I definitely recommend this clinic to everyone, really high-quality work, a person leaves there satisfied with a sincere smile.

Kind and smiling staff, very nice and clean premises. We have only been on the entrance tour with our one-year-old son so far and we appreciated the human approach, even though the little one was not very willing to cooperate.

We recommend ProSmile Clinic, the appointment was prompt, at the reception Sevcenkova very pleasant receptionist. We went for a children's examination, Dr. Ivancova explained everything to us, very nice with the nurse .

Very nice doctor Ivana Šulja, and the nurse, both daughters, 6 and 3 years old, were not afraid, they left the examination smiling, everything was fine :-)

I recommend it to all parents with small children who are worried about the examination. The doctor was perfect, before the examination she tried to establish contact with the child, who was at the dentist for the first time. The examination was carried out in a playful way, which my daughter really liked. I definitely recommend it :)

I was very pleasantly surprised by the approach the doctor had towards our 2-year-old boy, how she was able to get him and give him an initial examination without any problems despite my initial concerns. I am glad that we chose this clinic. THANK YOU!

I have been going to the clinic for a year now, they have fixed a few cavities so far, plus I go for dental hygiene every 6 months. I appreciate the approach to the patient, the doctors and the receptionist are polite, friendly and professional, and also the discounted price of dental hygiene 1+1 free.

The clinic is good, the doctors are nice and skilled. I just had a not-so-good experience. My tooth died and after a painful weekend I was grateful that I was treated urgently at the Apollo branch. I was then booked in Petržalka to see my doctor for the final treatment. was the main reason why I went there. However, their microscope was broken, so I refused the treatment and rebooked to Apollo. What surprised me a little, however, was that I paid for an unused appointment even though the missed treatment was not my fault. Maybe it would be nice to ask when booking an appointment for root canal treatment whether the patient wants treatment under a microscope, which is an additional charge, or the usual standard. I would definitely say straight away that I want a microscope and avoid an unnecessary fee.

The only thing I would suggest improving/adding to your website is that the admission examination does not cost only €19.90, as another 2 X-rays are also performed directly in the clinic. This information is listed in the frequently asked questions, but in the price list the price of the admission examination is €19.90 + X-ray below. So the total came to €50.
