I definitely do not recommend this clinic based on my own experience. My trip to get braces turned into an overpriced and unpleasant experience here. 1. One of the fillings (for €180) was done in such a way that my tooth started to hurt. They could not give an immediate appointment, even though it was about the pain after their procedure.... 2. For the first one, I was told that the removal of stitches was included in the price. For the second one, after a 5-minute procedure, the receptionist asked for another €14 with the arrogant justification that last time it was just the doctor's "good will" that she didn't want anything from me. It is sick that at such an expensive clinic, you have to pay for the removal of stitches according to the mood of the staff. The behavior at the reception was downright unprofessional... I paid the highest amounts I have ever paid in a dental clinic, but the quality of service and approach absolutely do not match it. In Bratislava you can find much better and cheaper clinics with a professional approach. I immediately canceled all appointments and will not return here again. The only positive thing is that at least I didn't have time to order braces from them...

We have been going here for 4 years with 2 small children and I can't praise the dentist and the nurse enough. They are nice, smiling, calm. The children are not afraid, in every situation the doctor keeps a cool head, a smile and a calm attitude. 🙂👌 and the children always look forward to the fish in the aquarium in the reception area....even after 4 years they are still the same :)

after filling out an internal satisfaction survey with contact details, no one has heard from me after more than a month, which shows an absolute lack of interest in the client. For this reason, I decided to change dental practice, as this practice only accepts people as a walking wallet. Moreover, at the new dentist it was discovered that cavities under the filling had started to form again in one of the repaired teeth.

In order for the doctor to fully devote herself to you, we have reserved a **** time block for you, during which no other patient could be treated. This system allows us to ensure that our patients do not wait in the waiting room and have the doctor's full attention. absolutely indifferent and unwilling to resolve the situation. I find it absolutely unacceptable that the clinic does not inform patients in advance that the waiting time for a filling is several months. They collect fees for the images at the first visit, but there is no mention of the real time horizons. If I had known that I would have to wait half a year for a simple filling, I could have chosen another facility. Instead, I was just ignored. If my condition worsens, who will take responsibility for it? Based on this experience, I do not recommend this clinic in any way. Their irresponsibility, unprofessionalism, and indifferent attitude is unprecedented.

he third one and even then the dental hygienist told me in February that I would only need another dental hygiene after six months but if I did not go for hygiene in May as I had ordered, I would "lose" the hygiene that was supposed to be free.. besides that, also Ms. Barbora DH Rábek - dental hygiene - satisfaction also great approach and very nice 😊
