The premises are nice, the staff at the reception is pleasant but: I was very unpleasantly surprised by the behavior of the dentist, probably from Ukraine. I have no problem with her nationality, but for her to start telling me that she didn't have time for this when she was supposed to get stuck. She wasn't even 4 years old yet. less than 10 minutes, so I find it inadequate to complain that she didn't have time for this. Another problem is that they add fees to our application for procedures that were not actually performed. We filed a complaint, but our complaint was rejected. I recommend that people check the application to see if the examination corresponds to what was recorded, because they charged our child for fluoridation and they definitely didn't perform it, and we always had dentin decay in the application and someone else had a teeth cleaning practice that was never performed. As I wrote to the little one, no damage was diagnosed and it was not solved by them or anywhere else. He has no damage yet. We have been here several times for examination but we are changing the clinic after the last experience.

Hello, We are sorry about your experience. Yes, one of our doctors is of Ukrainian origin, Dr. Zinchenko, who treats hundreds of children. We have not received similar feedback from her, but we will discuss your report with her. Regarding procedures and reporting. It is not true that we report unrealistic procedures. Insurance companies would not recognize them during the check and would cancel them. You yourself write that your complaint was rejected by the insurance company. For me, maximum satisfaction. My dental hygiene was done perfectly. I have a small baby and I was allowed to come with my father directly to the clinic, where they also did my hygiene, so many thanks for the understanding and warmth of the doctor.
