They keep changing their contact/WhatsApp number, they just stop responding out of nowhere and you're left with no information at all. checked what their lunch break was, half an hour had already passed, I waited another 15 minutes and nothing. I simply went to the appointment and it was closed. I tried to contact them by message and phone and NOTHING to this day, this was in December 2025. Today is January 18, 2026 and I haven't had any response. TOTAL MESS AND DISRESPECT.
