These items are not covered by the insurance, resulting in an unexpected cost. Therefore, I express my dissatisfaction with the lack of transparency and communication regarding the costs associated with the treatment. I believe I should have been informed in advance about all procedures and their respective costs, so that I could make an informed decision.

st throw any doubts and she’ll just clear it like that. Everyone speaks perfect English, and the price was super fair (I was worried that they’ll rise up the price knowing I was a tourist - but defo not the case) 10/10 actually the highlight of my Porto trip :D (not the chipped tooth tho!)

I had an emergency whilst visiting Porto and I was given an appointment the next morning. The reception team are friendly and welcoming, as well as the dentist and other staff. I was even helped with a translator during my time which was a massive help. The care I received saved my holiday, so I cannot thank them enough! The price for an emergency appointment plus treatment was more than fair.…

At this dental clinic I found an excellent professional team, providing dental services ranging from personalized advice using 3D x-rays, to implant placement, crown placement, and finally a mouthguard to prevent tooth wear during the night.

Excellent clinic, my children used both sets of fixed braces. Very good follow-up throughout the entire treatment process. Friendliness from reception to the medical team, but especially Dr. Mónica Capelas, a sweetheart. I recommend it.
