I went to this clinic in July with my friend. We had 28 crowns done in total. In the beginning, I did not need any root canals, but during the treatment they touched and damaged my nerves, which is why they ended up doing 6 root canals for me. It was extremely painful. They placed my crowns on the last day of my stay, and I had to fly back to Canada the next day. They told me the pain was normal…

l and would go away in two days, but it didn’t. I bought a lot of painkillers in Istanbul and continued using them back in Canada just to survive the pain. After returning home, the pain got worse. When I contacted the clinic, they kept saying it was normal. I went to a dentist in Canada for a check-up, and they told me there were many problems — but they could not take responsibility because they were not the ones who did the work. My second trip was in October. I went back because in Canada no dentist wanted to fix it since the treatment was not done properly by the first clinic. Even though the clinic gave me a 15-year warranty, when I asked for help, they blamed me instead of taking responsibility. They then did 18 more root canals and still charged me money for it. They did not pay for my flight or hotel. Even after everything, I still have pain and a very bad smell from my teeth. So please be careful. I do not recommend this place. And do not trust all the 5-star reviews — they offer gifts if you give them a 5-star rating.

My experience with this place was extremely disappointing. The staff I dealt with was noticeably rude and showed no willingness to help. Instead of providing support or clear guidance, they made the process more frustrating. Professionalism and basic customer service were completely missing. I do not recommend dealing with them based on this experience.

I had a very bad experience in this dental office. I came in with severe pain, and I asked for one simple painkiller pill — they told me they didn’t have ANY pain medication in the entire clinic. Instead, they said they would “give me a shot,” but never explained the price or the details. e infection in my mouth. No responsible dentist should start root canals before the infection is treated. They kept insisting “it’s not a problem,” but it was obvious they didn’t care about my condition, only about doing expensive procedures fast. They also charged me 200 euros without explaining anything. No breakdown, no clear communication, nothing. I left the clinic still in pain, with infection, and extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional, no transparency, no basic medication, and no respect for the patient’s health or safety. I do NOT recommend this place at all. Stay away.

This is the worst place; I don't recommend it. They don't keep their promises; they tell you one thing before you arrive, but then they ruin everything.
