Throughout my 1.5-year treatment process, they were very patient and attentive towards me. Even though I was a very well-behaved patient and couldn't go regularly, they were still very caring. Their prices are also much lower than the market average, while their quality is much higher.

years, but today I was bothered and went to Ms. Sinem. I had already paid in advance before the treatment started. It's not pleasant to receive private treatment and be treated this way. Also, I said my home is near Hatay and I wanted to go there, but they brushed me off saying they don't have a good relationship with the people there. It's a human error, I was late, and today my mental state is very bad. I'm waiting for a response from my employer. I want my problem resolved and the treatment completed as soon as possible. By the way, despite brushing my teeth very well, 3 of my teeth have decayed. I've had so many checkups, and no one ever mentioned I had decay. It only came to light when I went to the emergency room because I couldn't bear the pain. I almost lost 3 teeth, and it's very painful.

amount I paid was the price for that treatment at the time, she said, "I'm starting his treatment with a retainer, it doesn't concern me that other places are starting with braces." When I said I couldn't afford that now because I had already paid, she very rudely said, "That doesn't concern me." Is this acceptable? I will immediately file a complaint with the appropriate authorities. Moreover, she had the retainer removed months ago, his teeth shifted, and now she's asking for braces and demanding payment for that too. I will not let this go; I will take the necessary action.

healthy teeth and they extracted 4 of them. Now I even have problems with my teeth closing properly. No matter which doctor I go to now, which orthodontist could perform such a terrible treatment? I went there trusting them, doing whatever they said without questioning because I thought I could smile better, thinking I was a conscientious doctor. Unfortunately, this is what happened. I am extremely distressed right now. My teeth are in a terrible state. For me, Izmir Orthodontics means complete disgrace. I don't think the doctors there even have real expertise in this area. I do not recommend them at all. The reason it's not in your clinic's records is because I cannot comment from someone else's email address.
