My daughter has been going for 4 months and we are very happy. They call and keep us informed about every detail. Our doctor is also very sweet and cheerful.

This should be your last resort for orthodontic treatment. I had orthodontic treatment for two years. I saw at least 10 different doctors, each trying a different treatment method. Furthermore, even though I paid them, they always overcharged me. My advice is: don't be fooled by the low price.

examination period, Ms. Merve was very attentive and friendly. The only issue was that sometimes, when you wanted to postpone an appointment or had an emergency, the secretary would act cautiously, citing high workload. Since our house is very close, in such cases, when we went directly to the clinic and she was available, Ms. Merve always took care of us. In emergency situations, it would be helpful if patients could at least be told to come in person and wait depending on availability.

Our patient's orthodontic treatment began in June 2019 (3 years and 2 months). Following a clinical examination, the patient was diagnosed with Angle Class 2 (mandibular retrusion) and underwent functional treatment followed by fixed orthodontic treatment (braces). The patient's treatment was initially started by our former dentist, Ms. Duygu, and is currently being continued by Ms. Merve as the second dentist. In functional treatment before fixed orthodontic treatment, the appliances used by our patients are worn for 8-10 months, after which fixed orthodontic treatment begins. The duration of fixed orthodontic treatment varies depending on the patient's age and clinical course, but it lasts 15-18 months. Therefore, this treatment process lasts a minimum of 28 months. If regular sessions are not attended, the treatment period may be extended. As we state in the brochures given to our patients when starting orthodontic treatment, brushing your teeth after every meal and using interdental brushes is necessary. Due to inadequate oral hygiene (improper or insufficient brushing), problems such as cavities and tartar can occur during the orthodontic treatment process.
So far, there have been no problems. Everything is done with great care and attention; I feel completely at ease going there. Our doctor, Merve Hanım, is truly an excellent doctor; we recommend her to everyone.

We started my daughter's treatment at this clinic. We are satisfied. However, the initial care and attention is not the same in the final stages of treatment. I wish they would continue with the same friendly smiles and attention as on the first day. Unfortunately, this attitude is a negative point.
